摘 要
本設計題目為塑料圓罩成型工藝與模具設計，來源于書籍，體現(xiàn)了典型塑料模的設計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設計意義。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了設計者塑料模設計的基礎知識，為設計更復雜的塑料模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設計運用塑料成型工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機及確定型腔數(shù)量；其次看是否需要側抽，如需要，選擇合適的側抽機構，確定其工作原理；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設計參數(shù)、設計要點及推出裝置的選取。
