People get inspired when their leaders have passion for what they believe in.Passion and inspiration are deeply creative processes.There are no logical routes to inspiration;that's why buisness schools only teach ho

3、w to do things that have been associated with inspiration.Inspiration is an inner quality,not a product of the intellect. 2.Vision Having a vision is a highly creative process that draws on our innate(天生的) imagination to build powerful and attractive images of the future.Too often our natural crea

4、tivity gets suppressed(抑制) sometime when we are young,when our parents,teachers and friends tell us we can't sing,or draw or dance and so on.But to be a leader is to take people to somewhere they don't see yet.Therefore creating a powerful vision has to be a vital element of what the leader does.How

5、ever,a vision is of little value if it is not expressed.Expression itself is a creative process and connects with passion and inspiration. 3.Playfulness In a childlike way,playfulness with ideas can break a team out of non-creative tracks and discover innovative solutions that can't be sourced in

6、any other way.To discover E=MC2 Einstein played with the idea of flying in space at the speed of light(like Superman)with his arm fully outstretched holding a small mirror.If a leader does not bring the quality of creativity and playfulness to the team and reward playful behavior,he is likely to pre

12、med by other family members.They often refuse to admit their problem and cover up their debts with cheat. Compulsive shopping usually occurs when a person feels sad,lonely or angry.Shopping will not guarantee more love,or cure the hurts,regrets,stress,and the problems of everyday life.Just the oppo

13、site,it eventually may make these feelings worse because of the increased financial problems the person has got from this addiction.Some families even lead to a divorce as compulsive shoppers spend a lot of time away from home. Treating a shopping addiction requires various approaches.The best thin

14、g to start with is to recognize the problem by compulsive shoppers themselves.First of all,they need to stop using their credit cards,and instead,start paying by cash.It might be useful to make a shopping list in order to buy strictly what is needed.And if there is a chance to get attracted it might

15、 help to have just some small money and leave the wallet at home.It is also good to ask family and friends for support.And if after all these people still feel out of control,then it is recommended to seek professional advice or a self-help group to deal with this problem. 20、ome so involved in the subject and flow of the writing that you completely forget a person composed it,or does the composition sometimes call too much attention to itself through words and phrases that seem out of place or unexpected?These latter situations are an opportunity to learn from the write

21、r's mistakes.In fact,the reader should not have to worry about how an author does “his thing”...he should be able to just enjoy and learn.Every time a word strikes you as poorly chosen,stop to consider why it has this effect.Also,do not spend a lot of time analyzing the passage but put more efforts

22、in enjoying it from the whole. Another thing I do,particularly with nonfiction books,is to select a chapter or section to read as if it is a completely separate work.Once again,read as a common consumer rather than a critic.For learning how words and phrases work together on the most basic level,ho

23、wever,nothing is more suitable than reading poetry.A poet is often attempting to put a book's worth of meaning and feelings into a handful of lines,and every side of the work reflects a very close attention to craft. As you can see,there is no one single way of reading to improve your writing.The k

24、ey is not to make it boring.Select authors you admire or like most,and enjoy their works as anyone else would.As long as you are reading,you are improving yourself as a writer.
