摘要 十六大明確提出，我國(guó)在新世紀(jì)頭20年經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的主要任務(wù)之一，是基本實(shí)現(xiàn)工業(yè)化，并鄭重提出“走新型工業(yè)化道路”?？墒窃谖沂〈蠖鄶?shù)沙石材料廠的沙石篩選過(guò)程還是走著最原始的人工運(yùn)作，工具簡(jiǎn)單，勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度大的老路。本設(shè)計(jì)正是我們?cè)诹私饬思亦l(xiāng)大部分沙石場(chǎng)的實(shí)際情況后，運(yùn)用我們所學(xué)知識(shí)為家鄉(xiāng)的中小規(guī)模的沙石場(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)的一種篩分砂石的振動(dòng)篩。
本設(shè)計(jì)的振動(dòng)篩為自同步雙振動(dòng)電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)的，其特點(diǎn)是結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、安裝方便、成本低、容易操作及維護(hù)等。其篩箱為板梁鉚焊組合結(jié)構(gòu)，由主副側(cè)板、管梁、入料擋板、出料板、篩板等組成，側(cè)板選用低合金壓力容器鋼板，強(qiáng)度高、可焊性好，周邊折彎，并在振動(dòng)方向及沿縱向連接多根角鋼，使側(cè)板剛度大大增強(qiáng)，有利于強(qiáng)度的提高和噪音的降低。管梁由法蘭盤、無(wú)縫鋼管、加強(qiáng)槽鋼等組成，重量輕、強(qiáng)度大，便于制造安裝，具有互換性。加強(qiáng)槽鋼上有T形孔，使用T形螺栓，便于篩板的安裝維護(hù)，消除U形螺栓對(duì)管梁的磨損。工作原理：兩臺(tái)振動(dòng)電機(jī)的型號(hào)相同，可以產(chǎn)生一種組合的直線振動(dòng)。這種振動(dòng)可以使輸送槽體中的物料運(yùn)動(dòng)，并與篩面發(fā)生碰撞，使小于篩孔的物料透過(guò)，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的幾何分級(jí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)篩分?？傮w方案為：采用普通篩分法，振動(dòng)形式為共振，運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡為直線運(yùn)動(dòng)，激振方式為慣性式，隔振方式為一級(jí)隔振，隔振彈簧為金屬螺旋式隔振彈簧。
