摘 要
立式裁斷機(jī)其主要功能是針對(duì)桶型砂帶進(jìn)行切割，將其分切成有一定尺寸要求的、適合使用的、有一定規(guī)格的砂帶。設(shè)計(jì)這種機(jī)械裝置的目的是為了提高加工的效率，減少工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度實(shí)現(xiàn)加工成本的降低。在本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)中我們主要是針對(duì)分條機(jī)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和使用情況，進(jìn)行研究分析，進(jìn)而設(shè)計(jì)出結(jié)構(gòu)合理，綜合性能較好的裁斷機(jī)。本類設(shè)備在國(guó)內(nèi)起步較晚，但是發(fā)展速度較快,這其中的主要因素應(yīng)歸屬于國(guó)內(nèi)消費(fèi)市場(chǎng)需求的不斷增大。在國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備的發(fā)展過(guò)程中，向國(guó)外較發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家的學(xué)習(xí)貫穿著始末。國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備能否適應(yīng)高速發(fā)展,除了向國(guó)外借鑒先進(jìn)的技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)外,這還得向他們學(xué)習(xí)設(shè)備制作的先進(jìn)理念，環(huán)境意識(shí),系統(tǒng)管理模式。國(guó)產(chǎn)分條機(jī)的發(fā)展在過(guò)去的許多年中雖然取得了不菲的經(jīng)驗(yàn)價(jià)值，但從目前來(lái)講任重道遠(yuǎn)。所有分條機(jī)制造出來(lái)基本上都是可以使用的，但機(jī)器的工作效率是國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備中一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期不足。分條機(jī)的工作效率是一個(gè)綜合概念。

Title The Vertical sand belt sub-machines
Abstract
Vertical sand Belt sub-machines whose main function is to address bucket finer cutting, dividing it into a certain size, suitable for the use and of certain specifications sand belt. This mechanical device is designed to improve the processing efficiency, reduce labor intensity so as to lower the processing costs. In this graduation design, we will target mainly on sub-machine development status and use sentiment, analysis it and then design a rational structure, with a better the performance . This kind of equipment in China started late, however, it develops very fast, and the main factors which should be attributed to the increasing demand of the domestic consumer market. In the developing process of domestic equipments, learning from the developed countries permeates whole. Whether China-made equipment can adapt to rapid development, it not only lies in drawing advanced foreign technology and experience, but also having to learn advanced concept of producing concept ,awareness of environment, the system mode of management. The development of domestic sub-machine in the past few years has got many valuable experiences, but we still have a long way to go. All sub-machines created are basically can be used, however, the machine efficiency of domestic equipment is a long-term shortage. Sub-machine efficiency is a comprehensive concept.

1. 引言
提起裁斷機(jī)的工作效率，許多人都覺(jué)得裁斷機(jī)的工作效率只和裁斷機(jī)的速度有關(guān)，其實(shí)不然，我認(rèn)為裁斷機(jī)的工作效率與以下幾個(gè)因素有關(guān)：裁斷速度、成品率、非運(yùn)行占用時(shí)間、穩(wěn)定性等。裁斷速度固然是裁斷機(jī)工作效率的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)，但是如果成品率低下，不但會(huì)造成整機(jī)的工作效率低下，而且會(huì)造成成本的上升。同樣，如果非運(yùn)行占用時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，如：調(diào)機(jī)、對(duì)刀、換刀、換料、處理問(wèn)題等耗用時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，單純的提高裁斷機(jī)的速度，也就沒(méi)有意義了。裁斷機(jī)的穩(wěn)定性就更不用說(shuō)了，不但會(huì)影響裁斷機(jī)的工作效率,還會(huì)影響到產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，更會(huì)給下道工序造成麻煩和不必要的浪費(fèi)。所以裁斷機(jī)的工作效率是一個(gè)綜合概念。
