A turbodrill has relatively hign speed,and can greatly increase the penetration rate,shorten the drilling costs.It is suitable to drill deep hole and ultra-deep well.Along with the increasing depth of the well,small well drilling need the turbodrill of small size.Therefore design and develop new light turbodrill to meet the needs of deep drilling and speed up the rate of oil exploration,which is of great significance. Above all,the developing process and tendency of turbodrill have been introduced in this paper.Secondly,through the comparison of the various schemes.I determine to use fixed stator and fixed rotor,separate the bearing section and turbine section,and use independent turbine section flags.Through the theoretical calcution and structural design,turbine’s main dimensions have been realized.Then check the strength of the stator,rotor,shell,spline and inlet angle、outlet angle and setting angle of stator and rotor cascade has been calculated.The blade model has been designed.Then three-dimensional CFD of turbine was analyzed by FLUENT software.Mechanical performance was obtained.Its best perfprmance meets design requirements.I have drawn the main parts and the assembly drawing and the number is nine.At last the solid modeling of the main parts is finished.
