摘 要
畢業(yè)設計是機械設計課程重要的綜合性與實踐性教學環(huán)節(jié),通過畢業(yè)設計可綜合運用機械設計課程和其他先修課程的知識,分析和解決機械設計問題,進一步鞏固、加深和拓寬所學的知識。作為機械類工科學生,完成了此項教學環(huán)節(jié),也就為完成本科學業(yè)及將來的畢業(yè)設計奠定了良好的基礎。
傳統(tǒng)的畢業(yè)設計題目常選用通用機械的傳動裝置,例如以齒輪減速器為主體的機械傳動裝置。其主要內容包括:傳動裝置的總體設計;傳動零件、軸、軸承、聯(lián)軸器等的設計計算和選擇;裝配圖和零件圖設計;編寫設計計算說明書。現(xiàn)選擇以摩托車發(fā)動機傳動和變速部分為主的新設計課題,設計方法采用常規(guī)手段與微機輔助相結合。該新題目較經(jīng)典課題更具復雜性和體現(xiàn)時代氣息,涉及的機構及零部件增多,所覆蓋的知識面更廣泛,結構設計難度加大,設計時要求學生綜合考慮諸多因素,自己分析和解決問題,可以幫助學生樹立正確的設計思想,增強創(chuàng)新意識和競爭意識。

Abstract
Curriculum design is important mechanical design courses integrated with practice teaching, Through courses designed to make comprehensive use of mechanical design courses and other courses of the pre-knowledge. As a mechanical engineering students, completed the teaching aspect of it for the completion of undergraduate studies and graduated from the design of the future laid a good foundation.
The traditional curriculum design often choose topics of general machinery drives, such as gear reducer for the main mechanical gear.
