摘 要
畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)課程重要的綜合性與實(shí)踐性教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，通過(guò)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)可綜合運(yùn)用機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)課程和其他先修課程的知識(shí)，分析和解決機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)問(wèn)題，進(jìn)一步鞏固、加深和拓寬所學(xué)的知識(shí)。作為機(jī)械類工科學(xué)生，完成了此項(xiàng)教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)，也就為完成本科學(xué)業(yè)及將來(lái)的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。
傳統(tǒng)的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目常選用通用機(jī)械的傳動(dòng)裝置，例如以齒輪減速器為主體的機(jī)械傳動(dòng)裝置。其主要內(nèi)容包括：傳動(dòng)裝置的總體設(shè)計(jì)；傳動(dòng)零件、軸、軸承、聯(lián)軸器等的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和選擇；裝配圖和零件圖設(shè)計(jì)；編寫(xiě)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算說(shuō)明書(shū)?，F(xiàn)選擇以摩托車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)傳動(dòng)和變速部分為主的新設(shè)計(jì)課題，設(shè)計(jì)方法采用常規(guī)手段與微機(jī)輔助相結(jié)合。該新題目較經(jīng)典課題更具復(fù)雜性和體現(xiàn)時(shí)代氣息，涉及的機(jī)構(gòu)及零部件增多，所覆蓋的知識(shí)面更廣泛，結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)難度加大，設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要求學(xué)生綜合考慮諸多因素，自己分析和解決問(wèn)題，可以幫助學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的設(shè)計(jì)思想，增強(qiáng)創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)。

Abstract
