(1)課題科學意義
模具是制造業(yè)中的一種重要的加工工藝裝備,是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)發(fā)展的基石,廣泛應用于汽車、航空航天、家電、工程設備等方面。沒有高水平的模具,也就沒有高水平的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品,因此模具設計與制造技術(shù)水平的高低,是衡量一個國家產(chǎn)品制造水平高低的重要標志之一,在很大程度上決定著產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、效益和新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)能力。近年來我國模具產(chǎn)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值保持15%的年增長率。以沖壓模具為例,占國內(nèi)模具生產(chǎn)總量40%的沖壓模具,其制品覆蓋了汽車、電子、通訊、機械、電機電器、儀器儀表和家電等產(chǎn)品范圍,在汽車輕量化、新能源、自動化裝備、醫(yī)療器械、航空航天、節(jié)能減排等領(lǐng)域的模具發(fā)展勢頭強勁。級進模的特點:1、級進模是多任務序沖模,在一幅模具內(nèi),可以包括沖裁,彎曲成型和拉伸等多種多道工序,具有很高的生產(chǎn)率。2、級進模操作安全。3、易于自動化。4、可以采用高速沖床生產(chǎn)。5、可以減少沖床、場地面積,減少半成品的運輸和倉庫占用。6、尺寸要求較高的零件不宜采用級進模生產(chǎn)。
(2)研究狀況及其發(fā)展前景
近幾年來,我國模具技術(shù)有了很大發(fā)展,模具水平有了較大提高。體現(xiàn)在大型、精密、復雜、高效和長壽命模具方面。還有模具材料方面的技術(shù)進步都很快,模具水平得以提高,模具國產(chǎn)化取得了可喜的成就。歷年來進口模具不斷增長的勢頭有所控制,模具出口穩(wěn)步增長。1、沖模2、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、企業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面。3、產(chǎn)品水平。4、工藝裝備水平。當前,我國工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的特點是產(chǎn)品品種多、更新快和市場競爭激烈。在這種情況下,用戶對模具制造的要求是交貨期短、精度高、質(zhì)理好、價格低。
因此,模具工業(yè)的發(fā)展的趨勢是非常明顯的。1、模具產(chǎn)品發(fā)展將大型化、精密化。2、多功能復合模具將進一步發(fā)展。3、模具標準件的應用將日漸廣泛。4、模具使用優(yōu)質(zhì)材料及應用先進的表面處理技術(shù)將進一步受重視。5、在模具設計制造中將全面推廣CAD等技術(shù)。6、高速銑削加工將得到更廣泛的應用。7、模具高速掃描及數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)將發(fā)揮更大的作用。8、模具自動加工系統(tǒng)的研制和發(fā)展。
研究內(nèi)容
沖壓級進模是在條料的送料方向上,具有兩個以上的工位,并在壓力機一次行程中,在不同的工位上完成兩道或兩道以上的沖壓工序的沖模。它在一副模具上的不同區(qū)域完成多道沖壓成型工序的一種精密、高效、復雜的沖壓模具,在一副模具內(nèi)可以完成零件的沖裁、翻邊、彎曲、拉深、立體成形等工藝。
擬采取的研究方法、技術(shù)路線、實驗方案及可行性分析
1沖裁的工藝性分析,包括結(jié)構(gòu)、尺寸、基準及表面粗糙度的分析計算
2工藝方案的確定,包括工序的性質(zhì)、數(shù)目、順序及其種類組合,確定沖壓設備編寫沖壓工藝過程卡片。
3具體的計算分析,毛胚、排樣圖、搭邊值等具體的計算分析,計算是否合理。
4完成相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)成形的圖形繪制。
實驗完全由計算數(shù)據(jù)決定整套模具裝配圖及其零件圖的優(yōu)劣,完全以數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)進行的實驗分析,行之有效,對于整套設計有完整的設計思路,具體的設計計算完全可以通過查表或者公式書籍可以獲得,完全有可行性。

研究計劃:
2012年11月12日-2012年12月2日:按照任務書要求查閱論文相關(guān)參考資料,填寫畢業(yè)設計開題報告書。
2012年12月3日-2013年3月1日:工作計劃、進度。
2013年3月4日-2013年3月8日:查閱參考資料,學習并翻譯一篇與畢業(yè)設計相關(guān)的英文材料。
2013年3月9日-2013年4月12日:沖壓工藝設計,模具結(jié)構(gòu)設計,刃口尺寸和主要零件結(jié)構(gòu)設計和尺寸計算。
2013年4月13日-2013年5月3日:繪制模具裝配圖和零件圖。
2013年5月4日-2013年5月25日:工藝文件、畢業(yè)論文撰寫和修改工作。
預期成果:
1.完成模具裝配圖:1張(A0或A1);
2.零件圖:主要非標準件零件圖(不少于5張);
3.冷沖壓工藝卡片:1張;
4.設計說明書:1份;
5.翻譯8000以上外文印刷字符或譯出約5000左右漢字的有關(guān)技術(shù)資料或?qū)I(yè)文獻,內(nèi)容要盡量結(jié)合課題。
特色或創(chuàng)新之處
側(cè)彎支架冷沖壓工藝及級進模設計改變以往的多個單個工藝加工,采用一步完成,不須再次進行加工。落料,折彎等工藝之間存在各自偏差,一個工藝出現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)問題,則前面的數(shù)道加工完全報廢,后續(xù)加工沒辦法完成,致使嚴重影響產(chǎn)品的交期,嚴重影響企業(yè)經(jīng)濟效率。
采用冷沖壓工藝及級進模設計,模具的設計和制造成為關(guān)鍵,只需對產(chǎn)品進行初次多個檢驗以及后期抽檢即可保證企業(yè)所生產(chǎn)出來產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量,可大量的使用,極大的提高了生產(chǎn)效率,為企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)提供了強大的競爭力。側(cè)彎支架冷沖壓工藝及級進模設計會在未來的市場上得到更多的應用。
已具備的條件和尚需解決的問題
已具備的條件:
① 實驗方案思路已經(jīng)非常明確,已經(jīng)具備落料、沖孔、翻遍連續(xù)模設計計算的基本知識及理論。
② 能夠使用相關(guān)三維軟件繪制裝配圖及其零件圖。
尚需解決的問題:
對設計的每個環(huán)節(jié)考慮不是很周全。連續(xù)模結(jié)構(gòu)因素設計連續(xù)模時,要準確掌握加工速度、沖材材質(zhì)、沖壓力、工位數(shù)、模具間隙等各主要因素,否則就不能發(fā)揮模具的效用和綜合加工方法,特別是在高速沖壓精密件時,模具損傷多,工件精度低,得不到滿意效果。
