內(nèi)容提要
本次主要是進(jìn)行彈簧片沖壓工藝分析與成形模具設(shè)計。彈簧片是一個常見的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品,以前用復(fù)合模來生產(chǎn),一副模具只能生產(chǎn)一個尺寸的工件。隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展,產(chǎn)品的尺寸規(guī)格越來越多,提出了一副模具能生產(chǎn)各種尺寸與厚度產(chǎn)品的要求。本次設(shè)計選用連續(xù)模和彎曲模具組合方案,不僅解決這一個問題,還提高了材料的利用率。用連續(xù)模和彎曲模分別生產(chǎn),只要換掉部分零件,就可以生產(chǎn)其它尺寸的零件。在設(shè)計過程中,盡可能地選用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)零件。這有利于降低成本、減少工作量。著重介紹了連續(xù)模具的材料選取、模具結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝分析與計算、主要零件設(shè)計、制造工藝過程。同時給出了彈簧片彎曲模實用結(jié)構(gòu),計算了彈簧片的回彈量,介紹了彎曲模具工作過程。該彎曲模采用一個垂直浮動凸模和兩個水平移動的成形工件的彎曲回彈獲得補償。該彎曲模結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,工作可靠,操作方便,效率高,適用于彎制彈簧片類的小工件。

This is mainly a spring-stamping process of forming and Design of the Bending Die for Spring Pieces ,Spring Pieces is a common industrial product, it even made from composite mold, but it can only produce a size of workpiece. With the development of industry the size specification of product become more and more. Put forward request that one mold can produce a variety of size and thickness of product. The design has selected this program (continuo-us mold), not only to solve the problem, but also to improve the utilization of the material. Using continuous mold to produce, just change some parts of the mold, it also can produce others size of products. During the design process, choosing the standard component as far as possible. Because, it is helpful to reduce costs and cut down the amounts of work. The design is divided into five part,that is : Material selection, Mold structure, Art and crafts analysis and calculation, The main parts design, Manufacturing process.A practical structure of the bending die for forming spring pieces is presented. The working process of the die is introduced. The rebound quantity of the spring pieces has been calculated.A vertically floating punch and two horizontally movable die blocks are used for the die to compensate the rebound of the formed spring pieces.
