摘 要
本文的課題是膜片彈簧的沖壓工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)行了落料—沖孔復(fù)合模及沖槽單工序模兩套模具的設(shè)計(jì)。文中簡(jiǎn)要概述了選題的目的、意義、沖壓件國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀和模具市場(chǎng)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)工藝分析和工藝方案的確定。因制件形狀比較復(fù)雜,為保證制件平整、制件上各個(gè)空、槽的位置精度及凸凹模強(qiáng)度,沖壓工藝分析后采用隔位沖壓。按照沖壓模具設(shè)計(jì)的一般步驟,計(jì)算并設(shè)計(jì)了這兩套模具上的主要零部件。落料—沖孔復(fù)合模采用四導(dǎo)柱標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架,沖槽模采用中間導(dǎo)柱圓形標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模架并選用了合適的沖壓設(shè)備。此外,最后達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)的模具沖壓工藝方案合理,模具結(jié)構(gòu)型式正確。保證了工件上孔和外形的相對(duì)位置的準(zhǔn)確性,提高了加工精度。如此設(shè)計(jì)出的結(jié)構(gòu)可確保模具工作運(yùn)行可靠和沖壓產(chǎn)品大批量生產(chǎn)的要求。

Abstract
This article is subject to the diaphragm process and stamping die design, the blanking-punching composite modulus and jumping over two sets of single-mode processes mold design. This paper briefly outlined the topics of purpose, meaning, Stamping Dies at home and abroad status and market trends. The product of a detailed analysis and the identification process. Products for more complex shapes, in order to guarantee the component formed component in all air, tank and the location accuracy of punch and die strength, Analysis of stamping process every two spaces after stamping. Stamping die design in accordance with the general steps of the design and calculation of these two sets of the main mold parts. Blanking-punching composite modulus using four guided-standard mold, Notching intermediate modulus using derivative-round standard mold and select the appropriate stamping equipment. In addition, the ultimate design of die stamping process is reasonable, correct structural type mold. Guarantee the workpiece and the shape of the holes in the relative position of accuracy, improve the processing accuracy. So the structure is designed to ensure reliable operation of die stamping products and mass production requirements.
