摘要
在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中,模具工業(yè)已經(jīng)成為制造業(yè)的基礎(chǔ),這一觀點(diǎn)隨著全球制造業(yè)向我國轉(zhuǎn)移的過程中被越來越多的有識(shí)之士所意識(shí)到。而在模具行業(yè)中塑料模又是其重中之重,此種模具占模具行業(yè)值的50%以上,我國的塑料成型模具設(shè)計(jì),制作技術(shù)比較晚,整體水平還比較低。目前單型腔、簡單型腔的模具達(dá)70%以上,占主導(dǎo)地位。
本論文介紹了讀卡器蓋注射模具的設(shè)計(jì)過程。從讀卡器蓋的測繪,分型面的確定,型腔數(shù)目和布局的確定,注射機(jī)選擇,澆注系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),冷卻系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì),模板及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選用,脫模機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),成型部件的設(shè)計(jì)等一一進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的介紹。
通過本設(shè)計(jì),可以對注射模具有一個(gè)初步的認(rèn)識(shí),模架的結(jié)構(gòu)及其動(dòng)作原理都有了一定的了解。注射模是安裝在注射機(jī)上的,因此在設(shè)計(jì)注射模時(shí)應(yīng)該對注射機(jī)的有關(guān)技術(shù)規(guī)范進(jìn)行必要的了解,以便設(shè)計(jì)出符合要求的模具,同時(shí)選定合適的注射機(jī)型號(hào)。

Abstract
In modern industry, die industry has become the basis of manufacturing,this view as the process of the global manufacturing transfer to China being awared by more and more insightful people. The plastic mould is top priority in the die industry, such mould of the die industry production value over 50 percent. China's plastic mold design, production technology relatively late, the overall level is still relatively low.At present, single-cavity and simple cavity of the mold more than 70 percent, it’s dominated.
This paper introduces the reader cap injection mold design process. From the card reader cover mapping, sub-surface determination, the determination of cavity number and layout of the injection machine selection, gating system design, cooling system design, selection of templates and standard parts, ejection mechanism design, molding parts the design of one by one in detail.
Through this design,I can have a preliminary understanding of the injection mold ,the die carrier’s frame and action principle.Understanding the selected of die carrier and injection machine need through to calculation the various size and check the Strength.
