塑料后蓋塑料模具畢業(yè)設(shè)計 摘要： ? 本課題主要是針對盒蓋的模具設(shè)計,通過對塑件進(jìn)行工藝的分析和比較,最終設(shè)計出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性，具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā)，對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計，同時并簡單的編制了模具的加工工藝。通過整個設(shè)計過程表明該模具能夠達(dá)到此塑件所要求的加工工藝。根據(jù)題目設(shè)計的主要任務(wù)是盒蓋注塑模具的設(shè)計。也就是設(shè)計一副注塑模具來生產(chǎn)盒蓋塑件產(chǎn)品，以實現(xiàn)自動化提高產(chǎn)量。針對盒蓋的具體結(jié)構(gòu)，該模具是點澆口的雙分型面注射模具。由于塑件內(nèi)側(cè)有四個小凸臺，無法設(shè)置斜導(dǎo)柱，固采用活動鑲件的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。其優(yōu)點在于簡化機(jī)構(gòu)，使模具外形縮小，大大降低了模具的制造成本。通過模具設(shè)計表明該模具能達(dá)到盒蓋的質(zhì)量和加工工藝要求。 關(guān)鍵詞? 塑料模具? 塑料后蓋蓋? 模具?
