本論文根據(jù)工程實際的需要完成外殼的注射模具設(shè)計。在設(shè)計中采用ABS塑料注射而成型,成型方式為一模兩腔,該論文具體分析了產(chǎn)品的工藝性,確定了所采用塑料的工藝參數(shù)和所采用的成型設(shè)備,確定了模具制作的總體方案,分析并解決了模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)和各工作部分的具體結(jié)構(gòu),并進行了一些必要的尺寸計算和強度的校核。該論文還對分型面、澆注系統(tǒng)和脫模機構(gòu)進行了分析設(shè)計,完成了模具工程圖設(shè)計,最后進行了主要零件加工工藝設(shè)計。

Title The Injection Mold with Crstaceous part Design
Abstract
The present paper actual needs to complete according to the project the injection mold with crstaceous part design. Uses the ABS plastic injection in the design to take shape,the formation way is a mold two cavity, this paper concrete study product's technology capability, had determined uses the formation equipment which the plastic the technological parameter and uses, had determined the mold manufactures the overall concept, analyzed and has solved mold's gross structure and each effective range concrete structure, and has carried on some essential size computation and the intensity examination. This paper also halved the profile, the gating system and the mold emptier has carried on the analysis design, has completed the mold engineering plat design, finally has carried on the major parts processing technological design, has completed each work.
Through the design, the synthesis has applied the university period most foundations and the specialized knowledge, deepens studies the knowledge system, has been familiar with the project application design.
