摘 要
彩瓦成型機是水泥彩瓦的主要設備,工序較復雜,用常規(guī)控制較難實現,采用了ＰＬＣ進行控制,實現了系統(tǒng)自動、手動控制功能。系統(tǒng)共有26點入,13點出,還有2路壓力信號(模擬量)需要采集,采用了南京冠德公司的嘉華JH-120H系列ＰＬＣ,由于系統(tǒng)工藝的復雜性、工藝的特殊性,而且條件的限制，所以采用了先畫電器圖，再畫梯形圖的方法來完成整個程序的編寫過程的。本書介紹了整個設計的電氣控制圖，梯形圖，時序圖，接線圖，流程圖和PLC程序，該設計運用了燈泡來實現整個實驗的模擬過程，在設計過程中，做了許多相關的實驗，例如：單按起停電路的PLC設計，十字路口紅綠燈的PLC設計。
