三唑磷農藥廢水處理工藝設計
摘 要:三唑磷因為其低毒,高效,廣譜殺菌性而在農業(yè)生產中廣泛應用,但是在生產過程中,會產生大量的廢水,這些廢水含有高濃度的有機物質。廢水中含有的農藥中間產物化學性質穩(wěn)定,可生化性差,難分解,具有很強的毒性,很高的色度,還會散發(fā)刺激性氣味。這些都嚴重的污染了環(huán)境。這種廢水的處理已經成為廢水處理工程的瓶頸,一般的方法是將廢水稀釋之后再進行生化處理。當前已具規(guī)模的處理方法有生化法,吸附法和焚燒法。
采用預氧化-ClO2催化氧化—SBR法對農藥廢水進行處理。在預氧化過程中,pH為1.38,停留時間為1h,COD去除率為10%;在催化氧化過程中,pH為6-7,ClO2投加量為1mg/L,停留時間為1h;最后用SBR生化法進行處理,出水達到《污水綜合排放》(GB 8978-1996)一級排放標準。

Process Design of Pesticide Triazophos Wastewater Treatment
Abstract:Triazophos is widely used in agriculture because of its low-toxic, high-effective and broad-spectrum, but in the process of its production, large volume of wastewater need to be deal with. The wastewater contain high concentration of organic substance, the stable intermediates are hard to remove and degraded. Their serious toxicity, black color and odorous smell pollute the environment seriously. The treatment of the waste now is a bottleneck in the engineering. The normal method to treat the waste is to dilute it first and then treat it by biodegradation. Now the treatment in industry scale is biodegradation, absorption and burning.
The preoxidation/chlorine dioxide catalytic oxidation/SBR biodegradation process was used to treat the wastewater from production of triazophos. In the preoxidation process, the pH was 1.38 and reaction time was 1 hour, the removal rates of COD was 10%; In the catalytic oxidation, the pH was 6-7, chlorine dioxide dosage 1.0g/L and reaction time is 1 hour; After biodegradation process, the effluent is acceptable to meet the requirement of class I in The national wastewater discharge standard(GB 8978-96).
