摘要:攪拌摩擦焊是摩擦焊的新發(fā)展,是英國焊接研究所提出的專利技術(shù)。它可以對多種融化焊接性差的有色金屬等擦了進(jìn)行可靠的鏈接,而且連接工藝簡單、并有較好的工藝適應(yīng)性。
攪拌摩擦焊技術(shù)是一種新型的固態(tài)連接技術(shù),主要用于的熔點金屬和合金的焊接,它能較好的保持焊縫區(qū)的微細(xì)晶粒組織,可以用語超塑性成形領(lǐng)域。隨著焊接技術(shù)的發(fā)展,可以用語FSW焊接的材料將會更加廣泛,此外,攪拌摩擦焊無需復(fù)雜的處理工作,且焊縫缺陷相對較少,生產(chǎn)環(huán)境好,是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效、高質(zhì)量的“綠色焊接工藝”,可以遇見FSW技術(shù)將在我國航空航天、船舶、汽車等各個領(lǐng)域得到長足的發(fā)展和良好的應(yīng)用。
本文簡單介紹了攪拌摩擦焊的焊接原理、工藝特點、工藝設(shè)備及應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,并對其機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計和性能進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步的分析。

Abstract: The patent teachnology of the friction stir welding is advanced by the welding research institute of England. The friction welding is a new development of friction welding method. It can reliable join for varied weldability poor nonferrous metal etc material . The join technology is simple and technology adaptability is quite good in the friction stir welding .
Friction stir welding technology is a new type of solid-state link technology, mainly used for melting metal and alloy welding, it can better maintain the weld zone of fine grains, the field of superplastic forming can be expressions. With the development of welding technology, welding FSW language materials can be more extensive, in addition, friction stir welding without the need of complex processing and a relatively small weld defects, the production environment, is an economic, efficient, high-quality "Green welding process", FSW technology will be met in our aerospace, marine, automotive and other fields have made ??great progress and good application.
This article introduces the principles of friction stir welding welding, process characteristics, process equipment and applications, and its mechanical structure design and performance of further analysis.
