咖啡粉枕式包裝機總體設計及計量裝置設計
摘要：本設計是咖啡粉枕式包裝機，課題來源于鹽城市盛和輕工機械廠。主要設計內(nèi)容為：咖啡粉枕式包裝機的包裝原理設計，計量裝置工作原理，包裝的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設計及計量裝置的總體結(jié)構(gòu)設計。
本包裝機考慮到咖啡粉的特性和包裝袋的要求以及該廠的實際生產(chǎn)條件，選用凸輪作為包裝袋封口和牽引的主要機構(gòu)；同時采用量杯式計量，并且通過開閉蓋銷對活動底蓋的位置限制來實現(xiàn)量杯下料口的開閉，從而保證計量過程的穩(wěn)定。
本設計對咖啡粉包裝的傳動路線和包裝路線進行了分析，并對傳動比進行合理分配，解決了咖啡粉快速、穩(wěn)定、自動包裝等問題。實現(xiàn)了包裝機的預期效果。

Abstract : The design of overall packing machine for coffee powder ,subjects come from Yan cheng sheng he light machinery factory . The design of the principle of the packaging for coffee powder , measuring device principle, the overall structure of packaging design and the overall measurement device structure design.
The packaging machine for coffee powder accounts into characteristics and requirements of the packaging plant and the actual production conditions, cam was taken into account during the design; While using measuring cup meter, serviced through the opening and closing of activities bottom cover the location restrictions to achieve the mouth of measuring cup opening and closing, measurement process so as to ensure stability.
The design of the coffee powder packaged transmission and packaging line analysis and drive reasonable allocation. Resolved quickly coffee powder, stability,automatic packaging problem and so on . Implementation of the packaging machine achived expected goal .
