摘 要
汽車變速器是汽車傳動系統(tǒng)的主要變速機構,其結構性能對汽車的動力性能、燃油性能、換擋操縱的可靠性與輕便性、傳動的平穩(wěn)性與效率都有影響。通過研究汽車在地起步、爬坡、轉彎、加速等行駛工況中變速器的擋位變化,進行變速器的各個部分設計,使發(fā)動機在最有利的工況范圍內工作。
本設計根據(jù)給定的主要技術指標,選擇東風EQ1092型汽車作為改進的原形,通過查閱文獻和標準,還原該車變速器的設計過程。
本說明書首先對變速器傳動機構的布置方案進行分析,闡述了傳動機構的設計思路分析了換擋機構的選擇原則,主要介紹了倒擋的布置方案。
然后,計算了機械式變速器主要參數(shù),在不影響穩(wěn)定工作狀態(tài)的情況下,減小變速器的體積和質量,同類型結構設計采用同一尺寸,旨在改善加工性和經(jīng)濟性。
最后,選擇同步器的類型,并對操作機構進行設計。根據(jù)變速器的具體要求、結構特點等方面綜合考慮,采用簡單可行的設計方法, 有效地提高變速器的換檔能力,使設計出來的變速器能滿足車輛高動力性和高經(jīng)濟性的要求。

ABSTRACT
Auto transmission is the main auto transmission system, the structure performance gear mechanisms for car dynamic performance, fuel performance, reliability and shift anipulated portability, transmission and steadiness and efficiency are having an impact. Through the research to start, climbing a car in turning, accelerate, such as in the running mode,transmission shift transmission changes each part of the design, make the engine at the most favorable conditions range work.
This design according to the given its main technical indices, choose EQ1092 type of dongfeng automobile as improved to archetype, through the literature and standard, restore the vehicle transmission design process.
This manual transmission transmission's first to analyze layout, this paper expounds the design idea of driving mechanism analyzed the choosing principle, shift agencies mainly introduced the reverse gear arranging scheme.
Then, the calculation of the mechanical transmission main parameters, in does not affect the steady working state by reducing the volume and quality, transmission with type structure design USES the same size, aims to improve workability and economy.
Finally, choose the type and synchronizer designed for operators. According to the specific requirements of the gearbox, structural features, and other comprehensive consideration, using simple and feasible design methods, effectively improve the transmission shifting ability, make designed can meet vehicle transmission of high performance and fuel economy of high requirements.
