摘 要
掛車前橋和懸架是掛車一個重要的組成部分。在查閱相關資料后，根據(jù)掛車前轉向橋和懸架的結構特點、工作原理定設計的主要內容包括：轉向從動橋前梁、轉向從動橋轉向節(jié)、轉向從動橋主銷和轉向節(jié)襯套的設計和校核，以及鋼板彈簧懸架的設計和校核。本設計采用工字型前梁并稍向下彎曲，已達到降低重心和提高剛度的作用。在前梁初步計算完成之后會用有限元ANSYS進行靜力學分析，以保證設計質量。掛車懸架把車架和車軸彈性的連接起來。它的主要功用是傳遞作用在車輪和車身之間的一切力和力矩，比如支撐力、制動力和驅動力等，并且緩和有不平路面?zhèn)鹘o車身的沖擊載荷，衰減由此引起的震動，保證乘員舒適性，減小貨物和車輛本身的動載荷。由于鋼板彈簧結構簡單，制造成本低，維修方便等優(yōu)點，所以本設計主要采用有主副簧的鋼板彈簧作為彈性元件。
