內(nèi)容摘要:很多國(guó)家在學(xué)校中開(kāi)設(shè)了機(jī)器人技術(shù)的相關(guān)課程。為了培養(yǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)、設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)、維護(hù)方面的人才,我國(guó)在大學(xué)校園也開(kāi)設(shè)了機(jī)器人相關(guān)課程。教學(xué)型機(jī)械手就是針對(duì)教學(xué)研制的典型機(jī)器人設(shè)備,這對(duì)研究出良好的機(jī)械手將具有重要意義。 我做出的PLC 控制的教學(xué)型機(jī)器人具備以下特點(diǎn):首先是教學(xué)適用性,符合教學(xué)使用的相關(guān)需求;其次是具有良好的性?xún)r(jià)比,特定的教學(xué)用戶(hù)群決定了其價(jià)位不能過(guò)高;再次就是它的開(kāi)放性和可擴(kuò)展性,可以根據(jù)需要方便地增、減功能模塊,進(jìn)行自主創(chuàng)新。論文針對(duì)以上特點(diǎn),對(duì)教學(xué)型機(jī)械手PLC 控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。首先介紹了可編程控制器在教學(xué)型機(jī)械手系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了教學(xué)型機(jī)械手總體結(jié)構(gòu)及工作原理。根據(jù)系統(tǒng)需要完成的任務(wù),比如夾取,松放等一系列動(dòng)作,詳細(xì)的介紹了教學(xué)型機(jī)械手 PLC 控制系統(tǒng),包括PLC 的選型,電氣控制原理圖的設(shè)計(jì),輸入輸出點(diǎn)數(shù)的確定,線路的連接及程序的設(shè)計(jì)。經(jīng)過(guò)多次實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證該機(jī)械手操作方便、性能穩(wěn)定。

Abstract:Many countries offer courses in robotics in schools. In order to train talents in the fields of development, design, production and maintenance, robot related courses are also offered on campus. The teaching robot manipulator is a typical robot equipment developed for teaching, which is of great significance for the development of a good manipulator. PLC control of the teaching robot made me have the following characteristics: the first is the teaching application, in accordance with the relevant requirements of the use of teaching; second is a good price, specific teaching users decide the price is not too high; another is its openness and scalability, can be conveniently added, reducing function module according to the needs of independent innovation. In view of the above characteristics, the PLC control system of the teaching manipulator is designed. This paper introduces the application of programmable logic controller in the teaching manipulator system at first, and briefly introduces the overall structure and working principle of the teaching manipulator. According to the system needs to complete the task, such as clip, release a series of actions, detailed introduces the teaching manipulator PLC control system, including PLC selection, design of electrical control principle diagram, determine the input and output points, design and program the connection line. After many experiments, it is proved that the manipulator is easy to operate and stable in performance.
