Unit 10 How can I improve my English?
(第一課時 教學設計)
一、 教學分析
1. 教學內容: 本課時系教材《英語1》(基礎模塊 高教版)第十單元的第一課時,包括Lead- in + listening and speaking兩部分。具體內容為:有關談論英語學習中的各種困難及學習建議的詞匯、句型,以及相關的對話。這些內容為整個單元的學習活動提供很好的知識儲備,使下面一系列的活動展開能順利進行。而且,本單元的話題是如何提高英語學習。

2、點、難點: (1)教學重點: 聽懂并掌握有關英語學習中的各種困難及建議的詞匯、句式。 (2)教學難點 有關英語學習的詞匯和句型。
二、 教學目標
1. 知識目標 :
(1)掌握與英語有關的詞匯:forget; understand; pass English exams; difficult; pronunciation; remember; memorize; be able to; mention; be poor at; not be good at; etc
(2) 掌握表達英語學習難和提出建議的句型:
①I can’t understand /read
3、/ remember… ②I’m poor at… I’m not good at…
③I find it difficult to…? ④ I feel it too … to … ⑤What can I do? ⑥ Can you give me some advice? ⑦ Can I ask you a question?
⑧How can I improve my…? ⑨You’d better… It may help.

2. 能力目標:(1)學生能聽懂有關英語學習中的各種困難及建議的對話。
(2)能夠
4、運用相關詞匯和句式談論英語學習中的各種困難,并提出建議。
3. 情感目標: 能夠反思自己的英語學習情況,培養(yǎng)學生在提高英語上有積極主動的學習態(tài)度,并積極探究適合自己的學習方法,使得“要我學”變成“我要學”,從而促成英語學習上的提升。
三、 教學步驟
Step One Lead-in
1. Make a survey about learning English. The teacher will ask students many questions: (1)How many years have you learned English? (2) Are you
5、 interested in English? (3) Can you speak English? (4)Can you watch English programs or movies? (5) Do you want to improve your English?
2. Activity 1 Read and tick.:

6. Activity 5 Read and underline: Read the dialogue after the tape and underline the words and sentences to talk about problems and to ask for advice. Make sure st

8. Activity7 Listen and write: Some people are calling “Prof Learning’s advice”, an English radio program, to get advice on English Learning. Listen to Dialogue B and write down who are calling.
9. Activity 8 List
9、en and write: Listen to the tape again and write down Prof Learning’s advice.
10. Activity 9 Read and underline: Read the dialogue after the tape and underline the words and sentences to ask about problems and to give advice.
11.Activity 10 Listen and repeat: Read again and learn to say the underlined words and sentences.
Step Three Homework
1. Practice dialogue B with your classmates after class.
2. Write down the summary on the exercise-book.
