42、作。刮板輸送機的工作原理是,將敞開的溜槽,作為煤炭、矸石或物料等的承受件,將刮板固定在鏈條上(組成刮板鏈),作為牽引構(gòu)件。當(dāng)機頭傳動部啟動后,帶動機頭軸上的鏈輪旋轉(zhuǎn),使刮板鏈循環(huán)運行帶動物料沿著溜槽移動,直至到機頭部卸載。刮板鏈繞過鏈輪作無級閉合循環(huán)運行,完成物料的輸送。 刮板輸送機有什么優(yōu)缺點? 刮板輸送機主要優(yōu)缺點是: 優(yōu)點: 1、結(jié)構(gòu)堅實。能經(jīng)受住煤炭、矸石或其他物料的沖、撞、砸、壓等外力作用。 2、 能適應(yīng)采煤工作面底板不平、彎曲推移的需要,可以承受垂直或水平方向的彎曲。 3、機身矮,便于安裝。 4、能兼作采煤機運行的軌道。 5、可反向運行,便于
43、處理底鏈?zhǔn)鹿省? 6、能作液夜支架前段的支點。 缺點: 1、空載功率消耗較大,為總功率的30%左右。 2、不宜長距離輸送。 3、易發(fā)生掉鏈、跳鏈?zhǔn)鹿省? 4、消耗鋼材多。成本大。 刮板輸送機的發(fā)展經(jīng)過幾個階段? 刮板輸送機在煤礦的生產(chǎn)與建設(shè)中的發(fā)展,大致經(jīng)歷了三個階段。第一階段在30-40年代,是可拆卸的刮板輸送機,它在工作面內(nèi)只能直線鋪設(shè),隨工作面的推進,需人工拆卸、搬移、組裝。刮板鏈?zhǔn)前迨?,多為單鏈,如V型、SGD-11型、SGD-20型等小功率輕型刮板輸送機。第二階段是40年代前期由德國制造出可彎曲刮板輸送機,它與采煤機、金屬支架配合實現(xiàn)了機械化采
44、煤。這種刮板輸送機咳適應(yīng)底板不平凸凹凸不平和水平彎曲等條件,移設(shè)時不需拆卸,并且運煤量也有所增大,如當(dāng)時的型號SGW-44型刮板輸送機就是這個階段的代表產(chǎn)品。進入60年代由于液壓支架的出現(xiàn),為了適應(yīng)綜采的需要,刮板輸送機發(fā)展到了第三階段,研制出大功率鎧裝咳彎曲重型刮板輸送機,如SGD-630/75型、SGD-630/180型等就是屬于這個階段的產(chǎn)品。到了70年代,隨著采煤機的大量應(yīng)用,出現(xiàn)了SGW-40、SGW-44型可彎曲刮板輸送機,實現(xiàn)了不解體和不停運分段自移,運輸能力提高到200 t/h。80年代以來,工作面運輸設(shè)備發(fā)展很快,由于各種新型采煤機的出現(xiàn),刮板輸送機已大為改觀。因采煤機要在輸
45、送機上行走,不僅要求輸送機強度大,保證采煤機工作穩(wěn)定,且要與采煤機生產(chǎn)能力相匹配,促使刮板輸送機不斷向重型化發(fā)展。代表機型有SGW-150和SGW-250型。隨著大功率采煤機的出現(xiàn),一些刮板輸送機的功率已達800~900 kW,運輸能力達2000~2500t/h,能適應(yīng)工作面單產(chǎn)300~400萬t/a的生產(chǎn)規(guī)模要求[3]。90年代刮板輸送機的運輸能力以達到3500t/h,槽寬也相應(yīng)的從730~760mm增大到980~1100mm,鏈速從1m/s左右增大到1.57m/s,刮板輸送機的功率已達1600kW。 目前,隨著采煤工作面生產(chǎn)能力的不斷增大,刮板輸送機主要發(fā)展趨勢是: 1、大運輸
46、量。國外先進采煤國家已經(jīng)發(fā)展到小時運輸能力高達1500t(80年代)3500t(90年代)的刮板輸送機。 2、長運輸距離。為了減少采區(qū)階段煤柱的損失量,加大工作面的長度,刮板輸送機的長度已經(jīng)達到335米以上。 3、大功率電動機。電動機的功率已發(fā)展到單速電機達525kW,雙速電機500/250kW。 4、壽命長。由于使用大直徑圓環(huán)鏈,增加了刮板鏈的強度,延長了刮板輸送機的壽命,整機過煤量高達600萬噸以上。 新型刮板輸送機 采掘下來的煤或其它有用礦物,只有運出礦井才有使用價值。因此,運輸是煤炭生產(chǎn)過程中非常重要的一部分。刮板輸送機是煤炭裝運的第一個環(huán)節(jié),因此,刮
47、板輸送機的輸送能力在很大程度上決定了采煤工作面的生產(chǎn)能力和效率。然而,井下運輸在工作面和巷道中進行,巷道是根據(jù)煤層條件,按開采方法的需要,綜合各種要求,在煤層或巖石中開鑿出的。因此,井下運輸條件的特點是:在有限斷面的巷道內(nèi)運行;線路是水平和傾斜交錯連接;運輸?shù)呢涊d品多種多樣;裝載點常常變更,有的線路需經(jīng)常延長或縮短;機械化采煤連續(xù)生產(chǎn)、小時生產(chǎn)率高;環(huán)境濕度大,有的工作地點有沼氣或煤塵。由此可見,作為為采煤工作面和采區(qū)巷道運煤的機械——刮板輸送機在使用中,要承受拉、壓、彎曲、沖擊、摩擦和腐蝕等多種作用,必須要有足夠的強度、剛度、耐磨和耐腐蝕性。由于它的運輸方式是物料和刮板鏈都在槽內(nèi)滑行,運行阻
48、力和磨損都很大。但是,在采煤工作面運煤,目前還沒有更好的機械可代替它。只能從結(jié)構(gòu)上、強度上和制造工藝上不斷研究改進,使它更加完善、耐用。由此可見,刮板輸送機是煤炭等礦物運輸中必不可少的運輸機械。 刮板輸送機在煤礦井下綜采工作面中主要承擔(dān)的任務(wù)是將采煤機采下的原煤連續(xù)不斷地運往轉(zhuǎn)載機,確保綜采工作面的原煤連續(xù)運出。 刮板輸送機是煤礦、化學(xué)礦山、金屬礦山及電廠等用來輸送物料的重要運輸工具。它是由中部槽、鏈條、刮板及牽引系統(tǒng)組成。其中,中部槽是刮板輸送機的主要部分,鋼制的中部槽已有近百年的歷史,在長期的使用過程中存在以下缺點:①重量大,安裝和搬運費時費力;②中部槽一般是由6~15mm的鋼
49、板制成,在受到較大的沖擊時易變形,修復(fù)比較困難;③耐腐蝕性差;④耐磨性差;⑤物料與中部槽的摩擦系數(shù)大,刮板輸送機的功率大部分消耗于物料與中部槽的摩擦力上,造成了能耗過大、投資增加。 用超高分子量聚乙烯是制造刮板輸送機的中板,可解決鋼制中板所存在的問題,得到塑料刮板輸送機。對于小型刮板輸送機可以通過改性超高分子量聚乙烯來制造刮板輸送機。對于上面行走采煤機的大型刮板輸送機,要采用鋼塑復(fù)合的方法,用超高分子量聚乙烯作為襯里,提高大型刮板輸送機的耐磨性,延長使用壽命,降低摩擦系數(shù),從而降低功率消耗并降低對牽引、傳動系統(tǒng)的要求,這對大型刮板輸送機有巨大意義。本產(chǎn)品由山東科技大學(xué)研制,可用于煤礦、化學(xué)礦山、金屬礦山及電廠等物料運輸。 一般的刮板輸送機能在25°以下的條件下使用。刮板輸送機在使用中,要承受拉、壓、彎曲、沖擊、摩擦和腐蝕等多種作用,因此,必需有足夠的強度、剛度、耐磨性和耐腐蝕性。由于它的運輸方式是物料和刮板鏈都在槽內(nèi)滑行,運輸阻力和磨損都很大。但是,在采煤工作面運煤,目前還沒有更好的機械可代替它。只能從結(jié)構(gòu)上、強度上和制造工藝上不斷研究改進,使它更加完善、耐用。
