課題:M1U1 Project 課型:閱讀課
教學目標:Read two articles to know something about clubs.
教學重點:Apply the reading strategies and review the attributive clause.
教學難點:Apply the reading strategies and review the attributive clause.
過程與方法:
Step 1: Greeting.
Step 2 : Discussion and presentation. (討論“學校生活”引出
2、“社團”話題。)
1. The students discuss with the partners and answer the questions:
① After one month of studying, how do you think of school life?
② What do you do after class?
③ Have you ever joined any club to develop your interests?
2. The students express their opinions about these above question
3、s, which is to introduce the topic about clubs.
Step 3: Listening and reading. (聽讀文章,回答問題,訓練閱讀技巧。)
1. The students listen to the tape, read the first article and try to answer the questions on the blackboard:
① Who started the radio club?
② When did the radio club start?
③ Why did the radio clu
4、b start?
2. The students discuss the questions with the partners and show their ideas to the class.
3. The students read the article again and decide which ones are true & which ones are false.
① The radio club is run by the teachers.
② The headmaster didn’t approve the writer’s idea about the c
5、lub.
③ At the end of the school year, all the students use the club to give message to their close friends and teachers.
4. The students discuss the questions with the partners and show their ideas to the class.

Step 4 : Exercise and consolidation. (找出文中的定語從句并分析、翻譯。)
1. The students try to figure out the attributive clauses in the two articles.
2. The students discuss the sentences with the partners and explain the structure & the meaning of the sentences.
Step 5: Conclusion.
The students try to make a summary about the things that are learnt in this class.
Step 6: Homework.
1. Analyze the rest of the attributive clauses in the two articles.
2. Try to design a poster for a new school club.
3. Figure out the important and difficult points in the two articles.
