3、水稻、玉米、薯類、油料、棉花、甘蔗和其它農(nóng)作物在收獲籽實(shí)后的剩余部分。農(nóng)作物光合作用的產(chǎn)物有一半以上存在于秸稈中,秸稈富含氮、磷、鉀、鈣、鎂和有機(jī)質(zhì)等,是一種具有多用途的可再生的生物資源。對(duì)秸稈的飼料化處理,其首先的工序需將秸稈粉碎或切短。本設(shè)計(jì)喂入、切碎和拋送均采用自動(dòng)化裝置,以電動(dòng)機(jī)為動(dòng)力源,通過皮帶傳輸動(dòng)力到軸,帶動(dòng)軸上的刀的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)進(jìn)行切碎,通過齒輪傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)進(jìn)料裝置的工作,軸通過帶傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)拋送裝置的工作,從而節(jié)省了人力。本設(shè)計(jì)的喂入裝置中的壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)獨(dú)特,實(shí)現(xiàn)了喂入秸稈過多時(shí)在喂入輥處不產(chǎn)生堵塞,過少時(shí)不產(chǎn)生碎段過長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)象。關(guān)鍵詞:秸稈切碎器自動(dòng)化畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)說(shuō)明說(shuō)外文摘要-4-Design
