2、個方面: 一要認清非法集資的本質和危害,提高識別能力,自覺抵制各種誘惑。堅信“天上不會掉餡餅”,對“高額回報”“快速致富”的投資項目進行冷靜分析,避免上當受騙。 二要正確識別非法集資活動,主要看主體資格是否合法,以及其從事的集資活動是否獲得相關的批準;是否是向社會不特定對象募集資金;是否承諾回報,非法集資行為一般具有許諾一定比例集資回報的特點;是否以合法形式掩蓋其非法集資的性質。 三要增強理性投資意識。高收益往往伴隨著高風險,不規(guī)范的經濟活動更是蘊藏著巨大風險。因此,一定要增強理性投資意識,依法保護自身權益。 四要增強參

3、與非法集資風險自擔意識。非法集資是違法行為,參與者投入非法集資的資金及相關利益不受法律保護。因此,當一些單位或個人以高額投資回報兜售高息存款、股票、債券、基金和開發(fā)項目時,一定要認真識別,謹慎投資。 形考任務2 討論題目:你認為央行降準意味著什么?是利好嗎?談談你的看法 1.去銀行存錢,利息變少了。 此次央行降息, 1年期的存款基準利率下調0.25個百分點至1.75%,意味我們以后去銀行存款,利息會減少,比如:50萬元存銀行1年定期利息就整整少了1250元(50萬*0.25%)。 2.商業(yè)貸款和公積金貸款利率均下降,房貸壓力小了。 一般來說,公積

4、金貸款和商業(yè)房產的貸款,還款利率是跟央行的基準利率掛鉤的,因此,此番基準利率的降低對于-一些想要買房的個人和家庭來說,房貸壓力變小了,比如買房時商業(yè)貸款100萬,貸款期限30年,利用等額本息還款法,降息后每月月供臧少260元左右,總利息共減少了9萬元左右。 3.生活消費更加活躍。 降息,意味著利息可能減少,使銀行的存款流轉到消費和投資方面。單從消費方面來看,國家統(tǒng)計局曾對中國消費者信息的調查顯示,2014年10月城市和農村消費者信息指數(shù)分別為102和106.9。 通過此次降息會促進消費,預計消費者信息指數(shù)在未來會有所上升,這也有利于經濟總體向上發(fā)展。

5、 4.民眾理財會有更多選擇。 央行降息直接影響到投資產品,利好較大的主要有房地產、水泥建材鋼鐵等資產負債率較高或資金流動性壓力較大的行業(yè);其次對股市和債券市場也利好,但要提醒大家,股市和債券風險仍不可忽視。在家庭資產配置方面,穩(wěn)健的理財方面的投資也不可少,除了優(yōu)選定存、國債,還可以選擇固定收益類產品,風險低,投資收益也不錯。 5.貸款環(huán)境寬松,創(chuàng)業(yè)投資更容易。 降息,銀行放松了貸款要求,民眾貸款更加容易,貸款的成本也降低了,獲得了財務支持,會使得更多具有能力的人,更愿意去創(chuàng)業(yè)去做投資來獲得更多的經濟收入。雖說降息后民眾從銀行貸款更容易,貸款的金額也放寬,

6、但是銀行的貸款審批流程一-直很復雜 ,意味著民眾也并非那么容易貸到款。 6.為啥降息貝降準? 此次降低貸款及存款基準利率,主要目的是繼續(xù)發(fā)揮好基準利率的引導作用,促進降低社會融資成本,支持實體經濟持續(xù)健康發(fā)展。促進金融機構貸款利率和各類市場利率繼續(xù)下行,鞏固前期宏觀調控的政策效果。 是利好嗎? 央行降準對于股市來說,確實是利好消息,但是這一利好影響有限。 降息和降準的區(qū)別在于:前者是降低資金成本,而后者是釋放流動性。降準釋放的流動性主要是在銀行系統(tǒng),也會有部分資金流到股市,增加股市的增量資金。 此外,如果經濟持續(xù)表現(xiàn)不佳,央行寬松的節(jié)奏可能會加快

45、lts within three to four days. Although the symptoms of SAD are similar to those of clinical depression, traditional antidepressants have not proven useful in treating SAD.
