摘要
本課題主要是針對塑料凳的模具設(shè)計(jì),通過對塑件進(jìn)行工藝的分析和比較,最終設(shè)計(jì)出一副注塑模。該課題從產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性,具體模具結(jié)構(gòu)出發(fā),對模具的澆注系統(tǒng)、模具成型部分的結(jié)構(gòu)、頂出系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、注塑機(jī)的選擇及有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、都有詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì),同時(shí)并簡單的編制了模具的加工工藝。通過整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過程表明該模具能夠達(dá)到此塑件所要求的加工工藝。本次設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是凳子結(jié)構(gòu)以及注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì),也就是設(shè)計(jì)一副注塑模具來生產(chǎn)塑料凳塑件產(chǎn)品,以實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化提高產(chǎn)量。針對塑料盆的具體結(jié)構(gòu),該模具是直澆口的單分型面注射模具。根據(jù)模具結(jié)構(gòu),采用直導(dǎo)柱,設(shè)置較大的脫模斜度以便利于脫模,省去側(cè)抽
2、芯的設(shè)計(jì),其優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于簡化機(jī)構(gòu),使模具使用空間減小,大大降低了模具的制造成本。通過模具設(shè)計(jì)表明該模具能達(dá)到塑料凳的質(zhì)量和加工工藝要求。

Abstract
The topic of this design is a plastic stool mould. By analysing and comparing the process of the plastic parts,I design out a pair of injection mold finally. This subject begins from the craft of pro
3、duct structure, specific structure of mould ,focus on pouring system , structure of molding part , ejector system, cooling system, the selection of injection molding machine and related parameters of checking, at the same time completes the compiling of the mould processing technology. This mold can
4、 reach the processing technology require of this plastic parts through analysising the whole design process. The main task of this design is the bench structure and injection mould, that is designing a pair of injection mold to produce plastic products and realize automation. This injection mould ad
5、opt Sprue gate and single parting surface according to the structure of plastic chair. According to the mould structure,we uses straight guide pin, sets larger draft angle to pulling out mold easily, saves side core-pulling design. Its advantage is that simplifying the mechanism, decreasing the spac
6、e of mold used, and greatly reducing the mould manufacturing cost. The mold can reach the requirements of the quality of plastic stool and processing technology .
