6、開(kāi)一把鎖”。班主任抓德育工作一定要從實(shí)際出發(fā),具體問(wèn)題具體分析,把握學(xué)生的思想脈搏對(duì)癥下藥,把“心理醫(yī)生”工作做好、做活、做細(xì),達(dá)到因人施教的目的和效果。2.循循善誘。班主任幫助后進(jìn)生不能急于求成,對(duì)暫時(shí)后進(jìn)的學(xué)生要注意尊重和愛(ài)護(hù)他們,既不傷害學(xué)生的自尊心,又達(dá)到教育目的。如我班一位同學(xué)有一次因與別人打架而使班級(jí)失去了學(xué)校的流動(dòng)紅旗,拖了班級(jí)的后腿。我沒(méi)有訓(xùn)斥,而是幫助他總結(jié)教訓(xùn)、提高認(rèn)識(shí),并指出了努力方向。最后我真摯地對(duì)他說(shuō):“你因打架而影響了班級(jí)榮譽(yù),拖了后腿,我知道你心里也很難過(guò)。不過(guò),我從你的眼神中發(fā)現(xiàn),你是憋足了勁要為班級(jí)爭(zhēng)回榮譽(yù)的?!蔽医又鴨?wèn)他:“你敢不敢向全班同學(xué)保證?”回答是肯
7、定的,效果也是理想的。班主任教育學(xué)生,要把良好的愿望和正確的德育方法結(jié)合起來(lái),特別要遵循心理規(guī)律,注重心理輔導(dǎo),通過(guò)教育使學(xué)生的思想問(wèn)題得到解決。3.重視心理健康,做學(xué)生的心理“醫(yī)生”。由于部分學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)脆弱,導(dǎo)致了各種心理障礙的存在:表現(xiàn)在學(xué)習(xí)上的緊張、焦慮乃至恐懼;表現(xiàn)在人際關(guān)系上的懷疑、孤僻、嫉妒;表現(xiàn)在社會(huì)關(guān)系上的自卑、失落、冷漠乃至失去生活樂(lè)趣,學(xué)習(xí)、生活等遇到挫折時(shí),就心灰意冷、苦悶不安甚至消極態(tài)度等等。針對(duì)這些現(xiàn)象,平時(shí)我就開(kāi)展了一些有利于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生心理素質(zhì)的活動(dòng),如“學(xué)雷鋒、獻(xiàn)愛(ài)心”社區(qū)服務(wù)、勤工儉學(xué)社會(huì)實(shí)踐活動(dòng),讓他們?cè)谡n外活動(dòng)和社會(huì)實(shí)踐中理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代意識(shí)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)意識(shí)

25、,給學(xué)生解決實(shí)際困難和具體問(wèn)題,把做思想政治工作同解決學(xué)生實(shí)際困難結(jié)合起來(lái)。如我班的一位女同學(xué)是個(gè)熱愛(ài)集體、工作負(fù)責(zé)的好姑娘,但是她的父母離異,她從小就和奶奶一起生活,缺少父母的愛(ài)。當(dāng)她看到、聽(tīng)到其他同學(xué)的父母對(duì)他們的關(guān)心愛(ài)護(hù)時(shí),她很傷心,有一種失落感,一個(gè)人悄悄地流淚。我知道了她的情況后,親切地和她進(jìn)行了交談,我詢(xún)問(wèn)了她的心思,了解了她的家境。我開(kāi)導(dǎo)她:大人的事情我們無(wú)法改變,父母可能有他們的難處,但是艱苦的環(huán)境更能鍛煉人,要有自強(qiáng)不息的精神。而且還有同學(xué)和老師的愛(ài)呢,你并不孤立。生活中,我盡量做到以情感人,以情動(dòng)人,把德育工作落到實(shí)處。三是建立德育評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制和規(guī)章制度。德育工作要逐步規(guī)范化、
