Where was it going?,Language practice,過去進(jìn)行時(shí): 表示過去某一時(shí)刻或某段時(shí)間 正在進(jìn)行的動(dòng)作。,構(gòu)成:由 was/were+v.-ing 構(gòu)成,注意: 如果沒有表示過去時(shí)間的狀語,需要通過上下文來判斷是否是過去某時(shí)正在進(jìn)行的動(dòng)作。,1. Yes, 主語+was/were./ No, 主語+wasn’t/weren’t. 特殊疑問句: 特殊問詞 +was / were + … + v.- ing,過去進(jìn)行時(shí)與一般過去時(shí)的區(qū)別: 一般過去時(shí)與過去進(jìn)行時(shí)時(shí)間都是發(fā)生在過去。一般過去時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)作的發(fā)生或狀態(tài)的存在;而過去進(jìn)行時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)動(dòng)作正在進(jìn)行的延續(xù)性。 其結(jié)構(gòu): was / were + 動(dòng)詞現(xiàn)在分詞,,試比較: I got up at five the day before yesterday. 前天我是五點(diǎn)起床的。 He was painting the lab the whole day yesterday. 昨天他一整天都在粉刷實(shí)驗(yàn)室。,一般過去時(shí)的時(shí)間狀語主要有:yesterday (morning, afternoon, evening), last night (week, month, year), ago, the day before yesterday, in 2003, just now, long long ago, one day等。 過去進(jìn)行時(shí)的時(shí)間狀語有: at this / that time yesterday, the whole evening, all day yesterday等。,,,試比較: He introduced Tom to us just now. 剛才他向我們介紹了湯姆。 She was doing some washing all day yesterday. 昨天她洗了一整天的衣服。,,1.
