Step 1 Warm up
On the board ,write the following countries.
Do a lot of examples.
Step 2 Review
Write the following on the board:You have not been to ….Explain to the students that they have to use this sente

Step3Presatation
1.Tell the students to close their books.
2.Explain that they are going to listen to the dialogue and tell you at the end of each sentences.
Now play the tape and let the students listen.
Now get the students to open their books.

Step 4 Practice
Put the students in groups of three.Assign the roles of Ms Smart,Lingling and Amy to individed students in each group.
Tell the students to use some pieces of paper and pretend they are photoes of Lingling’sgrandparents.
Step 5 Actings

Explain: ‘stayed’ is the past tense of stay
