教 材 分析
問對方的生日來完成一個最終的目標,即學會應用日期的表達方法。其中Section A 主要以When is your birthday?為線索,重點呈現(xiàn)日期的表達,包括12個月份的名稱及序數(shù)詞的學習。第二部分擴展到When is Nick's birthday? 繼續(xù)學習與鞏固日期的表達法.所以A部分的教學設計以循序漸進的教學方法,兼顧了聽、說、讀、寫各種能力的培養(yǎng),但重點放在聽和說上。
2、Section B是在已有的基礎上拓展和延伸

a、掌握十二個月份的名稱、序數(shù)詞1到31的表達法、單詞date, happy, age, old, birthday, party, trip, art, festival, Chinese, music, year,了解speech, contest, how, old, basketball, game, volleyball, game, school day, year old及八個人名。
b、熟練掌握并應用下列句型:
When is your birthday?

When is Vera's birthday? Vera's birthday is ... / It's ...
及擴展句型 How old are you? I am thirteen.

能用所學到的語言知識與實際生活結合起來,使學習過程生活化
