2 軸承支撐座的分析
2.1軸承支撐座的工藝分析
軸承支撐座是一個(gè)很重要的零件,因?yàn)槠淞慵叽绫容^小,結(jié)構(gòu)形狀較復(fù)雜,但其加工孔和底面的精度要求較高,此外還有小頭孔端要求加工,對(duì)精度要求也很高。軸承支撐座的底面、大頭孔上平面和小頭孔粗糙度要求都是,所以都要求精加工。其小頭孔與底平面有垂直度的公差要求,軸承支撐座底面與大頭孔上平面有平行度公差要求。因?yàn)槠涑叽缇?、幾何形狀精度和相互位置精度,以及各表面的表面質(zhì)量均影響機(jī)器或部件的裝配質(zhì)量,進(jìn)而影響其性能與工作壽命,因此它們的加工是非常關(guān)鍵和重要的。
1緒 論
工藝工裝設(shè)計(jì)課程設(shè)計(jì)的目的是讓學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)了機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和進(jìn)行了校內(nèi)外的生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)之后讓學(xué)生獲得綜合運(yùn)用過(guò)去所學(xué)過(guò)的全部課程進(jìn)行工藝及結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的基本能力。同時(shí),課程設(shè)計(jì)也是為了畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行一次綜合訓(xùn)練和準(zhǔn)備。機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)的課程設(shè)計(jì)可以使學(xué)生在下述三方面得到鑄煉:
(1)能把機(jī)械制造技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程中的基本理論和在校內(nèi)外生產(chǎn)實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)到的實(shí)踐知識(shí)有機(jī)的相結(jié)合,從而解決零件在加工中的定位、夾緊以及工藝路線安排、工藝尺寸確定等問(wèn)題,從而確保零件的加工質(zhì)量。
(2)提高學(xué)生的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)能力。通過(guò)針對(duì)某一典型零件的夾具(或量具)的設(shè)計(jì),從而使學(xué)生能夠通過(guò)所給出的被加工零件的加工要求,設(shè)計(jì)出高效率、低成本、裝夾簡(jiǎn)單、省力、省時(shí)而能保證加工質(zhì)量的夾具的能力。
(3)鑄煉學(xué)生使用手冊(cè)及圖表資料的能力。能夠熟練地依據(jù)給定的任務(wù)而
查找相關(guān)的資料、手冊(cè)及圖表并掌握其中的設(shè)計(jì)信息用于設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的確定。而機(jī)床夾具是為了保證產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量的同時(shí)提高生產(chǎn)的效率、改善工人的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度、降低生產(chǎn)成本而在機(jī)床上用以裝夾工件的一種裝置,其作用是使工件相對(duì)于機(jī)床或刀具有個(gè)正確的位置,并在加工過(guò)程中保持這個(gè)位置不變。它們的研究對(duì)機(jī)械工業(yè)有著很重要的意義,因此在大批量生產(chǎn)中,常采用專用夾具。
而本次對(duì)于軸承支撐座加工工藝及夾具設(shè)計(jì)的主要任務(wù)是:
⑴ 完成軸承支撐座零件加工工藝規(guī)程的制定;
⑵ 完成某一道工序的鉆孔專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。
通過(guò)對(duì)軸承支撐座零件的初步分析,了解其零件的主要特點(diǎn),加工難易程度,主要加工面和加工粗、精基準(zhǔn),從而制定出軸承支撐座加工工藝規(guī)程;對(duì)于專用夾具的設(shè)計(jì),首先分析零件的加工工藝,選取定位基準(zhǔn),然后再根據(jù)切銷力的大小、批量生產(chǎn)情況來(lái)選取夾緊方式,從而設(shè)計(jì)專用夾具。
