云母片沖壓工藝及模具設計
摘 要：本設計的題目為云母片沖壓工藝及模具設計,體現(xiàn)了薄板類沖裁零件的要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設計意義。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了本人沖壓模設計的基礎知識，為設計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設計運用沖壓成形工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，首先分析了沖裁件的沖壓工藝性，為確定沖裁工藝方案做好了準備；然后計算沖裁力和模具刃口尺寸，便于選取壓力機及確定工作零件的尺寸和結(jié)構(gòu)；最后分析了制件的特征，確定模具的設計參數(shù)、設計要點及推件裝置的選取。
本沖裁件為不規(guī)則形狀,為了便于凸模的加工，所以在設計時把凸模設計成直通式,然后,將其鉚接在凸模固定板上。此外,該制件的尺寸較小,為保證凹模的加工精度,在設計時應將其設計成整體式凹模。同時,為了簡化模具結(jié)構(gòu)采用彈性推件裝置。
