鎖蓋塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：本設(shè)計(jì)題目為鎖蓋塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)，體現(xiàn)了板類塑料零件的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者注塑模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用塑料成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機(jī)及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)、設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)及推出裝置的選取。
該塑件壁厚均勻，而且比較薄，不允許有推桿痕跡，一般采用推件板推出機(jī)構(gòu)，推件板推出機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)是：脫模力大而均勻，運(yùn)動(dòng)平穩(wěn)，無(wú)明顯的推出痕跡且不必另設(shè)復(fù)位機(jī)構(gòu)。

injection mould design of the plastic parts of Capping
Abstract: The requirement ，content and direction of the design of the side gate plastic parts are embodied on this injection mould design of the plastic parts of Capping. The designer’s foundation knowledge of the injection mould design is reinforced and is able to design more complex injection mould through the design.
Through the foundation knowledge, firstly, the composion and the performance of the part is analyzed to choose the type of the gat advantagely. Secondly, the volume of the part is estimated to choose the injection molding machine and to determine the mould quantity conveniently. Lastly the character of the part is analyzed to determine the mould design parameter and design point and choose the ejection assembly.
Wall thickness of the part is even and more thinner. It is inadmissibility that there is the mark of push pole. Generality, stripper plate
machanism is used.Charcteristic of the stripper plate: the knockout press is large and even ,the movement is smooth.The mark of push is unapparent and it need not to install reset machanism.
