600 輕型貨車設(shè)計(jì)（離合器及操縱機(jī)構(gòu)與傳動(dòng)軸設(shè)計(jì)）,600,輕型貨車設(shè)計(jì)（離合器及操縱機(jī)構(gòu)與傳動(dòng)軸設(shè)計(jì)）,輕型,貨車,設(shè)計(jì),離合器,操縱,機(jī)構(gòu),傳動(dòng)軸 輕型貨車設(shè)計(jì)（離合器及操縱機(jī)構(gòu)與傳動(dòng)軸設(shè)計(jì)） 摘要 在這三個(gè)月的時(shí)間里，我的最重要的任務(wù)之一就是設(shè)計(jì)汽車離合器、其操縱機(jī)構(gòu)，以及傳動(dòng)軸的設(shè)計(jì)。 眾所周知汽車底盤包括傳動(dòng)系、行駛系和轉(zhuǎn)向系，傳動(dòng)系部件包括離合器、變速器、傳動(dòng)軸、驅(qū)動(dòng)橋、半軸及驅(qū)動(dòng)輪。在傳動(dòng)系的這些部件中，離合器和變速器無(wú)疑是兩個(gè)最為重要的部件。駕駛員通過(guò)操縱離合器既可以在變速器換檔時(shí)使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與離合器暫時(shí)分離，也可以在汽車起步時(shí)使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與離合器平穩(wěn)接合。離合器的設(shè)計(jì)采用膜片彈簧壓緊機(jī)構(gòu)，液壓式操縱機(jī)構(gòu)。在國(guó)外，常采用液壓操縱機(jī)構(gòu)的離合器以減輕駕駛員的疲勞， 通過(guò)對(duì)傳動(dòng)軸的傳動(dòng)類型分析，對(duì)傳動(dòng)方式和傳動(dòng)軸進(jìn)行了選型；通過(guò)對(duì)傳動(dòng)軸的類型與結(jié)構(gòu)分析，選擇了傳動(dòng)軸的十字軸滾針軸承的密封形式——蓋板式密封。通過(guò)對(duì)萬(wàn)向節(jié)的十字軸、滾針軸承、萬(wàn)向節(jié)叉的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算，確定了所設(shè)計(jì)車輛使用的這些部件的具體尺寸。 綜合各部分的設(shè)計(jì)及校核結(jié)果，所設(shè)計(jì)的離合器、傳動(dòng)軸能滿足所設(shè)計(jì)的輕型貨車的傳動(dòng)要求。 關(guān)鍵詞：離合器，傳動(dòng)軸，十字軸，操縱機(jī)構(gòu) THE DESING OF A LIGHT TRUCK (THE CLUTCKAND THE MANIPULATION OF INSTITUTIONS AND SHAFT DESIGN) ABSTRACT In these two month-long time, one of my most vital duties is designs the automobile clutch ,Its control mechanism, as well as drive shaft design.
