摘 要 工業(yè)機(jī)器人是集機(jī)械、電子、控制、傳動(dòng)、自動(dòng)化等多學(xué)科先進(jìn)技術(shù)于一體的現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)重要的自動(dòng)化裝備。本文以工業(yè)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)化為背景，通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)機(jī)器人的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查和分析，報(bào)告了當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外工業(yè)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展水平和方向以及存在的問題。 本次設(shè)計(jì)主要完成了M40型工業(yè)機(jī)器人小車傳動(dòng)裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，通過機(jī)器人的運(yùn)動(dòng)原理和相關(guān)技術(shù)要求的分析和計(jì)算，得出小車的相關(guān)技術(shù)要求和參數(shù)，完成了小車傳動(dòng)裝置主要零部件：齒輪、傳動(dòng)軸、輸出軸等的設(shè)計(jì)。并且完成了關(guān)鍵零件的強(qiáng)度校核，保證了小車傳動(dòng)裝置工作的可靠性。 關(guān)鍵詞：工業(yè)機(jī)器人；傳動(dòng)裝置；傳動(dòng)軸；齒輪 ABSTRACT Industrial robot is set machinery, electronics, control, drive and automation multidisciplinary advanced technology in the integration of the modern manufacturing important automation equipment.
