摘要
此次設(shè)計為沖孔—落料—彎曲級進模,設(shè)計本模具充分利用了網(wǎng)上資源,圖書館藏書,更重要的是老師的諄諄教導(dǎo),才成就了此模具。
在模具的設(shè)計過程中,首先,簡要地概述了沖壓模具在社會發(fā)展領(lǐng)域中的作用及其以后的發(fā)展前途。點明了模具的設(shè)計意義。然后進行工件的工藝分析,進而確定了工藝方案。計算出了模具工作部分的尺寸公差,設(shè)計出零部件,然后依據(jù)設(shè)計要求選擇各個標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。最后設(shè)計出模具的總裝配圖。在設(shè)計過程中需要計算沖壓力,落料力,彎曲力及推件力,卸料力。從而判斷模具各部件是否能承受壓力機的作用。更重要的是模具工作零件的設(shè)計,以此為核心的問題,工作零件的誤差將直接影響制件的質(zhì)量。最后利于繪圖工具AutoCAD制作了裝配圖和零件圖,而節(jié)省了許多時間。
通過此次設(shè)計使我不僅掌握了沖壓模具設(shè)計的一般流程,更好的學(xué)習(xí)好多在課本上沒有學(xué)習(xí)的知識。
