石英表鐵芯彎曲級(jí)進(jìn)模
摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為石英表鐵芯彎曲級(jí)進(jìn)模設(shè)計(jì),體現(xiàn)了沖壓工藝部分的設(shè)計(jì)要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計(jì)意義。通過對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì),進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者沖壓工藝的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí),首先分析了制件的變形及性能要求,為選取模具類型做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后計(jì)算沖壓凸模和凹模的尺寸,便于選取標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的凸模和凹模做準(zhǔn)備;最后分析制件的結(jié)構(gòu),以便確定凸、凹模的形狀,分析制件材料力學(xué)性能及變形過程中的特點(diǎn),以便計(jì)算沖壓力的大小來選取壓力機(jī)類型。
本設(shè)計(jì)是沖孔、落料、彎曲的級(jí)進(jìn)模具,設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)主要考慮了不同工位之間的距離,以確定毛坯制件的位置及每次進(jìn)給的距離。同時(shí)考慮各個(gè)不同工位之間動(dòng)作的協(xié)調(diào)一致性及各個(gè)工位模具的磨損量。
