摘 要 從零件圖上分析：該零件總體形狀為一盒體高度方向僅與6mm。長度方向上有30mm。且在下端內(nèi)壁里面有一個(gè)較小的外抽芯，抽芯空間較小，模具設(shè)計(jì)和制造難度均較大。由本塑件的形狀不大且在塑件內(nèi)部有向外凸起的回轉(zhuǎn)結(jié)構(gòu)在成型時(shí)不易脫模。傳統(tǒng)上一般把內(nèi)部的型腔做成兩半的活動鑲塊用兩個(gè)銷釘一端過盈一端間隙配合將它們連接在一起脫模時(shí)連同活動型腔鑲塊一并頂出然后用手將它們分開，但此種設(shè)計(jì)不利于大批量，自動化生產(chǎn)的要求，因此在本副模具中對這種機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)，設(shè)計(jì)成了活動型腔的自動脫模機(jī)構(gòu)。其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)方案如下：
其工作原理：脫模時(shí)推拉桿推著活動型腔向前推進(jìn)在彈簧彈力的作用下活動型腔沿套筒型芯的側(cè)壁不斷向兩邊張開，當(dāng)張開當(dāng)一定程度塑料在重力作用下自動脫落。頂出完成后模具閉合。在復(fù)位桿及推拉桿上彈簧受拉力的作用下活動型腔沿套筒型芯側(cè)壁回到原來的位置。
