本文提出一種新型汽車電制動器方案,通過分析論證,該制動系統(tǒng)將比液壓制動系統(tǒng)控制信號傳遞迅速、硬件簡單以及更易于集成化,在國內(nèi)發(fā)展前景較好。主要工作是首先確定總體方案為:以電磁鐵作為動力源,由制動盤與摩擦片的吸合產(chǎn)生制動,通過理論分析并借助Pro/E、ANSYS等機械建模、有限元分析軟件輔助軟件,完成初步設(shè)計。再簡單闡述電磁體的制造工藝和它的動態(tài)特性,分析吸合過程。最后把建好的模做有限元云圖,進行參數(shù)優(yōu)化,達到可行要求。

Title Principle and design of electromagnetic brake
Abstract
This paper presents a new type of vehicle power brake program that the braking system control signal transfer more quickly than the hydraulic brake system by analyzing the argument.And its hardware is simple.Besides,it's easier to integrate than the hydraulic brake system. So it will have better prospects in the country.Now our major work is to determine the overall program . The electromagnet Play an important role of power source.It will achieve to brake by the brake discs and brake friction plate of the pull. We can complete the preliminary design through theoretical analysis and using Pro/E, ANSYS to establish model.Last we should use finite element analysis software supporting software.Then we can describe the manufacturing process and its dynamic characteristics.We build the final finite element cloud in the mold. And we make it get optimization of parameters to achieve practical requirements.
