臺面框塑料注塑模
摘 要
本設(shè)計題目為臺面柜的注射模具設(shè)計，體現(xiàn)了注射模具的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計，進(jìn)一步加強了設(shè)計者注射模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的注射模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運用典型的注射模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識，首先分析了塑料的性能要求，為選取模具的類型做好了準(zhǔn)備；然后計算了塑件的脫模力，便于確定注射機(jī)；因該模具采用倒裝結(jié)構(gòu)，故選用了加長噴嘴進(jìn)行注塑；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點及頂出裝置的選取。
本設(shè)計采用了多頂桿脫模機(jī)構(gòu)，保證了制件順利脫模。

The use of the typical design of injection mold design of the basic knowledge, the first analysis of the properties of plastic, To select the type of mold well prepared; Then calculate the plastic parts of the ejection force, to facilitate the identification injection; Because of the die using upside-down charging architecture ,so preferred the lengthen muzzle to inject. Finally, the plastic parts of the characteristics of the die to determine design parameters and design features of the device from the top selection.
This was designed with ramps mandrel ejection mechanism, assurance the lastics combinations to mould unloading favorably.
