限位板沖壓模具設計
摘要：本設計題目為限位板沖壓成形工藝與模具設計，體現了板類沖壓零件的設計要求、內容及方向，有一定的設計意義。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了設計者沖壓模具設計的基礎知識，為設計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并吸取了更深刻的經驗。
本設計運用沖壓成型工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，首先分析了工件的成形工藝及模具成形結構對制件質量的影響。介紹了限位板沖壓模具設計時要注意的要點，通過對制件進行工藝分析，可確定制件的成形加工用一套復合模即可。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對限位板沖壓模具的各主要尺寸進行了理論計算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述，并應用CAD進行各重要零件的設計。
