汽車模擬碰撞試驗(yàn)臺(tái)由基架、導(dǎo)軌、滑車、牽引裝置、液壓緩沖系統(tǒng)及碰撞壁組成。安裝在導(dǎo)軌上的滑車被牽引裝置拖動(dòng),拉伸彈性橡皮繩給滑車提供較大初始加速度,小車以48KM/h的速度碰撞緩沖器,緩沖器在一定的時(shí)間內(nèi)把小車的速度由48KM/h減到0。本文主要研究的對(duì)象是液壓緩沖器,該液壓緩沖器主要作用是將小車的碰撞加速度控制在ECER16標(biāo)準(zhǔn)曲線范圍內(nèi)。

Title The Design of Vehicle Simulation Impact Test System
Abstract:
This simulation impact test bed of vehicle is composed of base mounting, guide rail, sheave block, draw gear, Hydraulic buffer system and Collisions wall. The sheave block mounted in guide rail is driven by draw gear, elastic rubber ropes as a kind of media is stretched to provide biggish initial acceleration, the sheave block collision the buffer with the speed 48km/h.The buffer reduced the speed of sheave block from 48km/h to 0 in a certain period of time. This paper mainly studies the object is hydraulic buffer, the buffer’s main effect is control the sheave block’s crash acceleration in ECER16 standard curve range.
