加工中心SPE175F型汽油機(jī)的生產(chǎn)綱領(lǐng)是單班制年產(chǎn)2萬臺(tái)。屬于批量生產(chǎn),在批量生產(chǎn)中為了提高生產(chǎn)效率,必須注意縮短加工時(shí)間和輔助時(shí)間,而盡可能使輔助和加工時(shí)間重合,使每個(gè)工位安裝多個(gè)工件同時(shí)進(jìn)行多刀加工,實(shí)行工序高度集中,因而廣泛采用加工中心。加工中心是根據(jù)工件加工需要,以大量系列化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的通用部件為基礎(chǔ),配以少量專用部件,對(duì)一種或數(shù)控工件按預(yù)先確定的工序進(jìn)行加工的高效專用機(jī)床 [5]。加工中心能夠?qū)ぜM(jìn)行多刀、多軸、多面、多工位同時(shí)加工;可完成鉆孔、擴(kuò)孔、鏜孔、攻螺紋、銑削、車孔端面等工序,隨著加工中心技術(shù)的發(fā)展,其工藝范圍日益擴(kuò)大 [2]。加工中心廣泛應(yīng)用于批量生產(chǎn)的行業(yè),如:汽車、拖拉機(jī)、電動(dòng)機(jī)、內(nèi)燃機(jī)、閥門、縫紉機(jī)等制造業(yè)。主要加工箱體類零件,如汽缸體、變速箱體、汽缸蓋、閥體等;一些重要零件的關(guān)鍵加工工序,雖然生產(chǎn)批量不大,也采用加工中心來保證其加工的質(zhì)量 [3]。3 工藝過程的制訂對(duì)于一個(gè)機(jī)械制造企業(yè),生產(chǎn)過程可以理解為從原材料進(jìn)貨,到制成的產(chǎn)品投入市場(chǎng)其中所有勞動(dòng)過程的總和。生產(chǎn)過程的內(nèi)容極其廣泛,一般包括產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)準(zhǔn)備,原材料檢查、運(yùn)輸和保管,毛坯的制造,零件的加工,部件或產(chǎn)品的裝配、檢驗(yàn)、涂裝包裝,產(chǎn)品的發(fā)運(yùn)銷售,以及用戶服務(wù)等。在生產(chǎn)過程中,工藝過程占有重要的地位。工藝過程是改變生產(chǎn)對(duì)象的形狀、尺寸、相對(duì)位置和性質(zhì)等,使之成為成品或半成品的過程。它包括鍛壓、鑄造、沖壓、焊接、機(jī)械加工、熱處理、表面處理、裝配和試車等 [7]。機(jī)械加工工藝過程在工藝過程占有重要的地位。它是指用機(jī)械加工的方法逐步改變毛坯的狀態(tài)(形狀、尺寸和表面質(zhì)量) ,使之成為合格的零件進(jìn)行機(jī)械加工工藝過程是由一系列順序排列的工序組成的,而工序又包括工步、走刀、安裝和工位等內(nèi)容。毛坯依次通過這些工序而成為成品 [6]。工序卡片是工藝規(guī)程的一種形式。它是按零件加工的每一道工序編制的一種工藝文件。它的內(nèi)容包括:每一工序的詳細(xì)操作、操作方法和要求等。它適用于大量生產(chǎn)的全部零件和成批生產(chǎn)的重要零件。在單件小批生產(chǎn)中,一些特別重要的工序也需要編制工序卡片 [10]。工藝過程的制訂,可能是在現(xiàn)有工廠的條件下,或者是在新設(shè)計(jì)的工廠條件下進(jìn)行。對(duì)于前者,主要應(yīng)從現(xiàn)有的設(shè)備和工藝裝備出發(fā),來制訂較為合理的工藝過程,使現(xiàn)有的設(shè)備得到充分的利用;對(duì)于后者,則可以根據(jù)需要并考慮當(dāng)前可能的條件來選擇設(shè)備,因而可采用較為先進(jìn)的設(shè)備。此外,要注意新技術(shù)、新工藝的應(yīng)用 [9]。零件圖是工藝設(shè)計(jì)的原始資料和基本依據(jù),工藝過程的設(shè)計(jì)必須能保證零件圖上的全部要求。進(jìn)行零件圖的工藝分析時(shí),要仔細(xì)地熟悉零件的構(gòu)造及其技術(shù)要求,了解零件的工作條件、各部分的作用,并按制圖規(guī)則繪制零件圖。通過毛坯設(shè)計(jì),應(yīng)會(huì)正確地選擇毛坯,并熟悉毛坯設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容和要求。首先要根據(jù)零件的結(jié)構(gòu)、材料、生產(chǎn)規(guī)模、機(jī)械加工的要求(余量,基準(zhǔn)等)決定毛坯的制造方法。然后(對(duì)鍛造和鑄造毛坯)確定其形狀、出模角、圓角半徑及技術(shù)條件。毛坯的尺寸和公差則在詳細(xì)擬定零件機(jī)械加工工藝路線以后,根據(jù)各工序加工余量決定總加工余量及毛坯尺寸和公差。制訂工藝過程時(shí),首先要制訂工藝路線,然后詳細(xì)進(jìn)行工序設(shè)計(jì),這兩個(gè)過程是相互聯(lián)系的,需進(jìn)行反復(fù)和綜合的分析。制訂工藝路線是制訂工藝過程的總體布局,其任務(wù)是確定工序的數(shù)量、內(nèi)容和順序.輔助工序的種類較多,包括去毛刺、倒棱、清洗、防銹、去磁、平衡和檢驗(yàn)等。輔助工序也是必要的工序,若安排不當(dāng)或遺漏,將會(huì)影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,甚至使機(jī)器不能使用。如未去凈的毛刺將影響裝夾、測(cè)量和裝配精度以及工人安全;潤(rùn)滑油中未去凈的切屑將影響機(jī)器的使用質(zhì)量;研磨、珩磨后沒清洗過的工件會(huì)帶入殘存的砂粒,加劇工件在使用中的磨損;用磁力夾緊的工件沒有安排去磁工序,會(huì)使帶有磁性的工件進(jìn)入裝配線,影響裝配質(zhì)量 [12]。檢驗(yàn)工序更是必不可少的工序。它對(duì)保證質(zhì)量,防止產(chǎn)生廢品起到重要作用。4 氣壓傳動(dòng)氣壓傳動(dòng)具有一些獨(dú)特的優(yōu)點(diǎn),主要有如下幾點(diǎn):(1)空氣可以從大氣中取得,同時(shí),用過的空氣可直接排放到大氣中去,處理方便,萬一空氣管路有泄漏,除引起部分功率損失外,不致產(chǎn)生不利于工作的嚴(yán)重影響,也不會(huì)污染環(huán)境 [11]。(2)空氣的粘度很小,在管道中的壓力損失較小,因此便于集中供氣和遠(yuǎn)距離輸送[12]。(3)壓縮空氣的工作壓力較低(一般為 0.3-0.8MPa),因此,對(duì)氣動(dòng)元件的材質(zhì)要求較低。(4)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單,管道不易堵塞,也不存在介質(zhì)變質(zhì)、補(bǔ)充、更換等問題。(5)使用安全,沒有防爆的問題,并且便于實(shí)現(xiàn)過載自動(dòng)保護(hù) [13]。(6)氣動(dòng)元件采用相應(yīng)的材料后,能夠在惡劣的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行正常工作 [14]。氣壓傳動(dòng)也存在以下的一些缺點(diǎn):(1)氣動(dòng)裝置中的信號(hào)傳遞速度較慢,僅限于聲速的范圍內(nèi)。所以氣動(dòng)技術(shù)不宜用于信號(hào)傳遞速度要求十分高的復(fù)雜線路中。(2)由于空氣具有可壓縮性較大的特點(diǎn),因而運(yùn)動(dòng)速度的穩(wěn)定性較差。(3)氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)工作壓力較低,結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸又不宜過大,因而氣壓傳動(dòng)裝置的總推力一般不可能很大。(4)目前氣壓傳動(dòng)的效率較低 [15]。5 夾具技術(shù)夾具是一種裝夾工件的工藝裝備,它廣泛地應(yīng)用于機(jī)械制造過程的切削加工、熱處理、裝配、焊接和檢測(cè)等工藝過程中。機(jī)床夾具是機(jī)床與工件之間的聯(lián)結(jié)裝置使工件相對(duì)于機(jī)床或刀具獲得正確位置。夾具元件模塊化是實(shí)現(xiàn)組合化的基礎(chǔ)。利用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)的系列化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化夾具元件,快速組裝成各種夾具,已成為夾具技術(shù)開發(fā)的基點(diǎn)。省工、省時(shí),節(jié)材、節(jié)能,體現(xiàn)在各種先進(jìn)夾具系統(tǒng)的創(chuàng)新之中。模塊化設(shè)計(jì)為夾具的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)與組裝打下基礎(chǔ),應(yīng)用
