棉籽清選分級裝置竇文龍(塔里木大學機械電氣化工程學院, 阿拉爾 843300)棉籽是農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)最基本的生產(chǎn)資料之一。近幾十年來國內(nèi)外研究表明, 各種棉花增產(chǎn)中, 優(yōu)質(zhì)良種所起的作用大約占 1/ 3 以上,為提高種質(zhì), 開展了棉籽清選分級機具的研究,進一步減小機具尺寸,對工作部件進行改進,提高清選性能;充分利用電力資源,盡可能的減輕機器作業(yè)時對環(huán)境的污染,對于發(fā)展經(jīng)濟﹑高效和環(huán)保的設施農(nóng)業(yè)具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本課題是設計開發(fā)—棉籽精選機。該設備是種子加工系列設備的主要設備之一,可提高棉籽質(zhì)量。選擇了設計棉籽分級機。針對棉籽的物理特征設計了一種線性柵筒式棉籽分級機,分級精度較高。通過該課題的研發(fā)工作,能夠正確運用所學課程的基本理論和有關知識,學會設計方案的擬定、比較、分析及進行必要的計算, 提高應用工程技術設計手冊、標準以及編寫文件的能力。在這樣的背景下,針對種子加工精選的這個主題,參考各種設備資料,并利用AUTOCAD 等現(xiàn)代工具軟件,進行了種子加工生產(chǎn)線中的棉籽精選機的設計。關鍵詞:棉籽、機械化、自動化The cottonseed cleaning grading equipmentCottonseed is one of the most basic means of production of agricultural production.
