高速自動(dòng)分切機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) 1 摘要 分切機(jī)是一種將寬幅紙張或薄膜分切成多條窄幅材料的機(jī)械設(shè)備，常用于造紙機(jī)械及印刷包裝機(jī)械。然而，目前國(guó)內(nèi)分切機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀及其與一些國(guó)際知名品牌之間存在的較大大差距，因此分析國(guó)內(nèi)分切機(jī)特點(diǎn)，結(jié)合一些國(guó)際知名品牌設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，吸取國(guó)內(nèi)外一些知名品牌制造廠商的控制經(jīng)驗(yàn)和新的控制思想。從基本結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)思路、張力檢測(cè)及控制、等方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)設(shè)備逐步取代進(jìn)口設(shè)備具有非常重要的意義。 關(guān)鍵詞：分切機(jī)，造紙機(jī)械，單片機(jī)控制，張力控制，糾偏控制 ABSTRACT Slitter is a wide-format paper or film to be cut into more than a narrow range of materials machincal equipment， commonly used in paper making machinery and printing and packaging machinery.
