摘 要
本設計針對手柄座的生產(chǎn)技術特點,綜述了制造技術及其裝備的主要問題,重點分析介紹工藝流程、工藝基準的關鍵作用,變形對加工精度的影響,檢測技術配套及手柄座的工作環(huán)境和受力情況等關鍵問題的設計說明。
及其手柄座的機加工工藝流程和在加工過程中的專用夾具設計。通過設計使我們更進一步熟悉了產(chǎn)品加工設計的全過程，在制定加工方案的時候，充分考慮其經(jīng)濟性和可行性。

ABSTRACT
