We don't even have the key yet. A. How B. Why C. What D. When 考題7點撥:答案為c。What if…?是一個固定句型,不可隨意改動。句意為:“如果今天她不來怎么辦,我們甚至沒有鑰匙?!笨偨Y(jié)提示:What if…?固定搭配。 8.Considering that she had been ill for eight weeks,her exam results were not so bad af-ter all.考慮到她病了八周,她的考試成績還不那么糟糕。 considering that…考慮到……,就……而論.considering用作介詞,后接名詞或從句。eg:Considering that he has worked seven hours,he must be very tired.考慮到他已經(jīng)工作了七個小時,他一定是累壞了。 Considering his age,he is very strong.就他年齡而論,他算得上是很強壯的。 類似句式還有:suppose/supposing… eg:Suppose(Supposing)he is absent, what shall we do?假如他不在,我們該怎么辦? 用法拓展:considering sth./that…考慮到…… take…into consideration考慮;體諒take…into account考慮;體諒特別提醒:considering sth./that…為固定搭配,不受句子主語的限制。 考題8 (典型例題) the rough weather, we had better put our plan off. Considering 考題8點撥:答案為D??疾閏onsidering sth./that…“考慮到……”為固定搭配,considering在此句型中用作介詞。句意為:“考慮到惡劣的天氣,我們最好將計劃推遲?!? 總結(jié)提示:considering sth./that…為固定搭配。 五、詞語辨析 9.a(chǎn)shamed.shameful ashamed adj.“羞愧的”常用于修飾人。而shameful adj.“羞愧的,丟人的” 用于修飾某個行為或事物。 eg:She felt ashamed of doing that and tears ran down her cheek.做了那件事她非常羞愧,眼淚順著臉頰流了下來。 It is a shameful thing to tell a lie.撒謊是一件不光彩的事情。 特別提醒:feel/be ashamed for sth.…為……感到羞恥,而shameful表示“令人羞恥的……”。 考題9(典型例題用 ashamed, shame-ful 的適當形式填空 (1) I feel that I have done so little for him. (4)It is a __ conduct to cheat the little chil-dren. 考題9點撥:(1)ashamed(2)shameful(3)ashamed(4)shameful總結(jié)提示:ashamed“羞愧的”只用來作表語,而shameful既可作表語,也可用作定語。 Ⅲ 語法歸納 精通規(guī)則 游刃有余 本單元的語法重點是主動形式表被動意義詳見SB.3 Unit 12 IV.專題探究 由點及面 由表及里 專題探究:充分利用逗號,巧解高考試題 專題詳解:逗號雖小作用挺大,不信?本文就談?wù)劤浞掷枚禾柷山飧呖荚囶}。相信讀后你再也不敢小看逗號的作用了。 1.利用逗號巧解定語從句關(guān)系詞 定語從句有限制性和非限制性定語從句之分,非限制性定語從句前面必須有逗號,與主句隔開。在非限制性定語從句中,先行詞可構(gòu)成整個主句且在定語從句中作主語或賓語,定語從句的關(guān)系詞由which(as)不用that引導。 2.用逗號巧定非謂語動詞 (1)分詞作狀語表伴隨時,常用逗號與主句隔開,此時若表示主動動作,用現(xiàn)在分詞,若表示被動動作,應(yīng)用過去分詞。 (2)分詞作非限制性定語時,常常用逗號與主句分開,此 時若表主動,用現(xiàn)在分詞,若表被動,用過去分詞。 3.用逗號確定副詞,too,either,though用作副詞放在句末,前面用逗號與主句隔開。 4.根據(jù)逗號巧定同位語 同位語前常有逗號與先行詞隔開。 考題1 She heard a terrible noise, brought her heart into her mouth. A. turning up B. putting up C. making up D. showing up 2.C點撥:考查動詞詞組辨析。turn up.出現(xiàn),把(音量)調(diào)大”;put up.張貼,掛起”;show up"出席;到場;顯露”;make up“虛 構(gòu);構(gòu)成”,由題意“村子里每個人都喜歡他。因為他擅長講笑話和編故事”可知選c。 Ⅵ.2011年高考題預(yù)測 高瞻遠矚 占盡先機 一、考情預(yù)測 預(yù)測1:suspect 預(yù)測根據(jù):suspect的詞性較多,屬于高考必掌握的詞匯,隨著新課標的實施,在以后的高考中,suspect,rob,cheat之類的詞會成為高考的熱點。 命題角度預(yù)測:suspect一般用作及物動詞,注意其后的復(fù)合賓語結(jié)構(gòu),多是利用學生這方面的弱點在語法和詞匯知識,短文改錯中進行考查。 預(yù)測2:shame 預(yù)測根據(jù):shame是高考大綱里使用頻繁的一個單詞,在各類考試中出現(xiàn)率比較高,尤其它在交際用語中的使用,更是高考經(jīng)常鎖定的目標。 命題角度預(yù)測:shame常用于下列句型:It's a shame to do sth.;It's a shame that…What a shameI It's a shame.等句型。 這些句型同學們很容易混淆,這一點又會被高考所利用。 預(yù)測3:considering 預(yù)測根據(jù):consider作為動詞的用法,同學們對此并不陌生,但是considering作為介詞使用是學生們所忽視的一個考點。所以它的這種用法經(jīng)常在語法和詞匯知識,短文改錯中體現(xiàn)。 命題角度預(yù)測:considering作介詞.后接名詞或that從句.不受主語的影響。學生的這個弱點恰恰會被所利用。 預(yù)測4:what if 預(yù)測根據(jù):what if是一個省略的連詞,它是考查交際用語時經(jīng)常鎖定的一個目標。通常在語法和詞匯知識中考查。 命題角度預(yù)測:what If.what for;~vhat about;what though的意思與用法記憶不牢,經(jīng)?;煜?。這點往往會被所利用。 預(yù)測5:話題:社會行為和社會關(guān)系 預(yù)測根據(jù):東西方社會差異很大.在社會行為和社會關(guān)系方面也有很大不同,故同學們在乎日的學習中除了學習語言知識外,也要了解一些國外的風俗習慣、社會差異等方面的知識。爺題角度預(yù)測:這類題材的文章通常出現(xiàn)在閱讀理解題中,有時也出現(xiàn)在聽力題中。內(nèi)容多是關(guān)于社會差異、人際關(guān)系等方面的文章。 二、考題預(yù)測 [備考1]測試考點 3 -- I won the first place in the exam, mum. -- to you !
