摘 要
變速器是汽車傳動系的重要組成部分,其發(fā)展無疑代表著汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展,它的設(shè)計也是汽車設(shè)計的一個重要部分。本設(shè)計的任務(wù)是設(shè)計一臺用于9噸中型載貨汽車上的FR式三軸式的手動變速器,以使變速器結(jié)構(gòu)更加緊湊、合理,承載能力大,滿足匹配中型載貨汽車發(fā)動機(jī)之所需。
本設(shè)計從后驅(qū)動變速器的總體方案開始,對傳動系統(tǒng)的方案進(jìn)行分析,檔位的布置形式進(jìn)行研究分析,變速器基本參數(shù)的選擇,零部件結(jié)構(gòu)方案的分析確定,同步器、操縱機(jī)構(gòu)及箱體的設(shè)計選用。根據(jù)所配車型,結(jié)合上述參數(shù),再結(jié)合汽車設(shè)計、汽車?yán)碚摗C(jī)械設(shè)計等相關(guān)知識,計算出相關(guān)的變速器參數(shù)并論證設(shè)計的合理性。最終,用AutoCAD軟件完成變速器裝配圖和零件圖的繪制。
設(shè)計三軸式變速器,以進(jìn)一步提升后驅(qū)動變速器的性能,增加后驅(qū)動中型載貨汽車市場,滿足不同層次的需求。

ABSTRACT
Transmission is an important of automobile transmission system.Undoubtedly,it represents the development of the automobile industry,its design is also an important part of automotive design. This design task is to design a used for 9 tons of FR SHPMT automobile in three of the manual transmission shaft type r.The purpose is to enable the transmission has more compact and reasonable structure,carry capacity of large,meet the needs of SHPMT-car engines.
In this paper,from the beginning of the overall program of rear-wheel drive transmission,analyse the program of transmission system.Choose basic parameters of the transmission,determine the structure of the program components,design the synchronizer,manipulation of body and the box.According to the model selection,combine these parameters and the related knowledge of Auto Design,Automotive Theory,Mechanical design ,calculate related parameters of transmission and prove the rationality of the design.Finally,achieve the assembly drawing and parts chart to use the soft ware of AutoCAD.
Design the three-axis rigid support transmission to upgrade the performance of rear-wheel drive transmission,increase the market of rear-wheel drive SHPMT -cars,in order to satisfy the needs of different levels.
