摘要本設(shè)計題目為 22 型客車車門墊板級進(jìn)模設(shè)計,體現(xiàn)了級進(jìn)模的設(shè)計要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了本人對級進(jìn)模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的級進(jìn)模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。本設(shè)計運(yùn)用沖裁工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,首先分析了板材的成分及性能要求,為選取沖裁方式做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后選取了合理的排樣,提高了材料的合理利用率;接著分析計算凸凹模尺寸、及其它零部件的尺寸與制造方法,最后選取合適的的壓力機(jī)。對沖壓生產(chǎn)而言,單工位模具結(jié)構(gòu)單一,生產(chǎn)效率低,而且鈑金零件不能過于復(fù)雜,否則就需要多副單工位模具才能實(shí)現(xiàn)。如果采用級進(jìn)模進(jìn)行沖壓生產(chǎn),就可以改變這些缺點(diǎn)。級進(jìn)模的特點(diǎn)是生產(chǎn)效率高,生產(chǎn)周期短,占用的操作人員少,非常適合大批量生產(chǎn)。本設(shè)計即為宇通客車車門墊板設(shè)計的級進(jìn)模。關(guān)鍵詞:多工位級進(jìn)模;排樣;設(shè)計;凸凹模; AbstractThe topic of design for the 22-passenger door Dianban progressive die design, reflects the progressive die design requirements, the contents and direction of a certain design significance.
