墊片沖壓成型工藝及其模具設計摘要：本設計題目為墊片沖裁模設計，體現(xiàn)了板類沖裁零件的設計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設計意義。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了設計者沖壓模設計的基礎知識，為設計更復雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊并總結了更深刻的經(jīng)驗。本設計運用沖裁成型工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，首先分析了工件的成形工藝及模具成型結構對制件質(zhì)量的影響，然后是卸料推件裝置的設計，模具成型部分和總裝結構的設計。該套墊片沖裁模具介紹了一般沖裁模具設計時要注意的要點，并較多的考慮了模具結構的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。而針對本素材時根據(jù)零件特征結構簡單，從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，盡量減少制造成本的情況下，對墊片沖裁模的各主要尺寸進行了合理的理論計算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設計到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進行詳細的闡述，并應用 CAD 進行各重要零件的設計。關鍵詞：工藝分析，排樣，沖裁復合模Filling piece ramming formation craft and mold designAbstract：The molding process of workpiece parts, the effect analysis to workpiece parts quality caused by molding structure, as well as the discharging and knockout device design, partial and general design of mold moulding introduced respectively.
